Hank was great to work with. Not a pushy salesperson and (most importantly) delivered! His install crew, led by Eduardo, are real pros and super clean. They worked 11a to 9p! I have white walls that stain just by breathing heavily on them. Eduardo's crew did all that work and left only one small smudge. He offered to touch up, but I declined. I expected worse. If you are in Spring, Magnolia, etc, I def. recommend giving Hank a call before you purchase. We were about to pay 20% more. The only minus is Hank never inspected the installation job. But that's fine by me. It's been 4 weeks and carpet still looks new.

I am not sure they even fixed it the first time. I am out thousands of dollars and will be out even more to get my house professionally leveled. I will also have to fix the kitchen cabinets and tile work that has also shifted . This company is HORRIBLE, unethical and not honest!! They do not honor their work... Mr. Dawson and his son came out and gave the time to really educate me on the process which gave encouragement and confidence about the job. First off, they are great at what they do. When we had our inspector come inspect the house, he was very impressed with their work. He even asked us for their business cards after he finished the inspection. I think that is a very good sign that we got a high quality house. Second, we had issues with our bank getting the mortgage done on time which pushed our closing date back a week. However, Marc and Pat let us do a temporary lease for basically nothing, so that we could go ahead and move into our house. They knew that we had already had movers scheduled for the day after we were supposed to close along with furniture and appliances being delivered that weekend as well. They also had a nice house warming gift for us when we moved in as well. Lastly, even after we closed on the house, they have been very responsive. Anytime that we have had a concern or issue about the house, Marc has sent someone to check on it either the same day or the next day. I have heard from a lot of friends that after they close on the house, it is next to impossible to get any kind of response from their builder, but this is definitely not the case with Marc. Buying a house is such a big decision. When we decided on our house, I couldn't help but wonder if we made the right decision. After working and getting to know Marc and Pat, I can confidently say that I am very happy with the decision we made.
