They have an awesome design center and team (special shoutout to Luisa!) where you can make many great selections, but they also took my vision for custom flooring and cabinetry and made them possible as well! The quality of the team's work is amazing! They meticulously laid out our tiling and carefully installed all of our fixtures and everything looks and works great! We had gotten a quote from a corporate remodeling company before reaching out to Tico and it was astronomically higher and they offered no real customizations so we would have gotten a cookie cutter bathroom for double what I got my dream bathroom for. We enjoyed our experience with Tico Home Remodeling so much that we used them soon after the bathroom for another smaller project in our kitchen to replace old lighting as well. Very attentive and professional. The customer service after we purchased was AMAZING. We purchased an inventory home. We noticed that it looked like one of the under cabinet light was never installed. Husband really wanted it. I did not think Trendmaker would fix this and told my husband not to worry about it. He insisted and called Trendmaker... they fixed it with NO ISSUES. Everyone that we have in our house to do extra things... talks about how well built the home is. We are very disappointed with our experience with Tri Pointe Homes, particularly when it comes to…read morewarranty service. We significant damage to both our driveway and walkways, which we believe is the result of construction-related issues. These concerns were documented in two separate professional inspection reports, along with many other quality issues identified throughout the home. Despite providing the inspection findings and following up multiple times, the process has gone back and forth without any satisfactory resolution. Eventually, we were informed by the Area Manager that the driveway and walkway damage would not be covered under warranty. What is most frustrating is that there appeared to be little effort to investigate the root cause of the problem before denying the claim. Rather than working collaboratively to understand and address the issue, we felt that our concerns were dismissed. Unfortunately, Tripoint hesitated to do it if it is more effort and cost. We have had to repeatedly follow up, send reminders, and escalate concerns before any action was taken. As homeowners, we should not have to continuously chase the builder to address legitimate warranty issues. In addition to the driveway and walkway concerns, our inspection reports identified numerous quality and workmanship issues that required attention. While some items were eventually addressed, the overall process was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. We chose Tri Pointe Homes because of its reputation as a top home builder and expected a strong commitment to quality and customer service. Unfortunately, our experience has not met those expectations. we would never choose Tri Pointe Homes again, nor would we recommend them to family and friends.

1 Star - Extremely Unprofessional & Failed to Represent Me I…read morehad a very disappointing experience with this realty firm as a landlord. A lease was terminated before the tenant ever moved in, yet the firm is refusing to return the payment I made to them for a security deposit that was given by the tenant. They are claiming they do not need to provide specific details regarding payment handling or refunds in the contract, which is concerning and unacceptable. Even worse, during the termination process, the tenant became threatening, and instead of representing my interests as their client, my realtor openly took the tenant's side, telling the tenant she was "on her side." The realtor also rewrote the contract in the tenant's favor, rather than advocating for me as the property owner. I was repeatedly pressured to rush and sign documents, including receiving emotional phone calls urging me to sign quickly, without proper explanation or protection of my interests. This is not how a professional realtor should behave, especially when they have a fiduciary duty to their client. I felt completely unsupported, misrepresented, and financially put at risk. I would strongly caution any landlord or property owner to think twice before trusting this firm to represent them.

Walls are super thin (poor insulation). If someone is yelling, crying, knocks the wall, you can hear it. Unfortunately a family lives underneath me (1 bedroom units). I have to listen to their kid jumping around, crying and banging the walls constantly. They also love to blast their music during the day, but nothing is done about it (after multiple complaints). I've even knocked on their door several times but they never answer. I was advised they don't speak English, which I'm not sure about based on the music. Other than that it's a nice community and neighborhood.

Small item but it is such an Irritant…read more I must say, the development in The Falls at Green Meadows is beautiful. Beautiful and well manicured common areas, many lake front properties and many lots that can take advantage of view of the water that are not on the water. I have been in three markets during my career and in everyone of them I dealt with paint. Painting Steel, aluminum and fiberglass. Hazardous areas like the North Sea, sticky and humid Texas etc. Here is my problem. The paint sticks together on the garage door and every time we open and close it, it sounds like small firecrackers when the panels separate. OK, whats the solution. Lennar solution is to sand it and apply vaseline on it so it will not stick. To me that is like putting a bandaid an open wound. I asked for the next in charge and was never given their name. At first they said it should go away, but never did, Even through my one year warranty, they said the same thing. Finally they offered to clean off the paint so it would not stick. They did that yet there was still the same result. Come on Lennar. You are the largest Home builder in the United States.
