1 Star - Extremely Unprofessional & Failed to Represent Me I had a very disappointing experience with this realty firm as a landlord. A lease was terminated before the tenant ever moved in, yet the firm is refusing to return the payment I made to them for a security deposit that was given by the tenant. They are claiming they do not need to provide specific details regarding payment handling or refunds in the contract, which is concerning and unacceptable. Even worse, during the termination process, the tenant became threatening, and instead of representing my interests as their client, my realtor openly took the tenant's side, telling the tenant she was "on her side." The realtor also rewrote the contract in the tenant's favor, rather than advocating for me as the property owner. I was repeatedly pressured to rush and sign documents, including receiving emotional phone calls urging me to sign quickly, without proper explanation or protection of my interests. This is not how a professional realtor should behave, especially when they have a fiduciary duty to their client. I felt completely unsupported, misrepresented, and financially put at risk. I would strongly caution any landlord or property owner to think twice before trusting this firm to represent them. read more

It's a long review, but Nicole Freer and her team worked very hard for my positive words! In short, my experience selling my Katy home with this team was phenomenal. My house was previously on the market for 9 months, then Nicole swooped in and got it under contract within 3 weeks! Please read on as I believe the details will reassure you... if you want to sell your house, look no further :) Before I found the Nicole Freer Group, my house was initially listed by a different realtor for over 8 quiet months. My husband and I were growing exhausted - weekend after weekend of cleaning our home for showings, only to have a couple of not-serious visitors at our open houses. We weren't even sure the realtors who held our open houses were even trying to sell our house. In fact, they seemed to use it as an opportunity to pick up new customers to sell other homes to. We started to question what we were doing wrong and why our house was not getting the interest that it deserved.
