It's a long review, but Nicole Freer and her team worked very hard for my positive words! In short, my experience selling my Katy home with this team was phenomenal. My house was previously on the market for 9 months, then Nicole swooped in and got it under contract within 3 weeks! Before I found the Nicole Freer Group, my house was initially listed by a different realtor for over 8 quiet months. My husband and I were growing exhausted - weekend after weekend of cleaning our home for showings, only to have a couple of not-serious visitors at our open houses. We weren't even sure the realtors who held our open houses were even trying to sell our house. In fact, they seemed to use it as an opportunity to pick up new customers to sell other homes to.
