The worst of them is Moon, who has helped me several times already. She is so obnoxious and clearly hates her customers, never greeting you and commanding you with a very rude tone. If I had other options, I might consider them after interacting with her. Maybe don't join customer service if you feel that way. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment time to be let inside and wait longer for the doctor. As mentioned by others, they tend to pack in appointments. My teeth were long overdue for a cleaning, and I honestly couldn't believe how squeaky clean he got them. What I really appreciate about Dr. Lin is that he genuinely cares about his patients. He recommends good habits and explains things clearly, but never once tried to upsell unnecessary procedures. That alone says a lot. He's truly a dentist who cares wholeheartedly about his patients. Parking was also easy. There's street parking right in front of the clinic, plus plenty of private parking in the back. Highly recommend!

Once done, the dentist came in and we started with the crown replacement. I was there for about 3 hours, but not too bad given the amount of work I had done. Prices for their services seem reasonable, and they even had a promotion for a $100 off dentistry with a can food drive during the holidays. The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly/knowledgeable, and they're always very accommodating to my schedule. I still can't even believe this, but I'm writing this on behalf of my elderly mother. Dr Jun Han…read moreverbally assaulted my mother at her dentist appointment. What happened to my mother at this dental office was so unacceptable that I have to warn others. My mother doesn't speak English, which is why she drove over an hour to Arcadia to see this dentist, believing she would be able to communicate with them. She had confirmed her appointment through the office's text reminder system (proof available) for a routine teeth cleaning. When she arrived, the staff insisted she take another set of X-rays. My mother politely declined, since her appointment was scheduled for cleaning only. At that point, Dr. Han Jun became visibly upset, hostile, and verbally abusive. My mother was insulted, threatened, and ultimately kicked out of the office. The encounter was so stressful that her blood pressure spiked to 180/97, leaving her dizzy and in tears when she called her daughters immediately afterward. I don't know what happened to the front desk receptionist or the other team members in this office but shame on you for hiding and allowing Dr Jun Han to unprofessionally yell, cuss, and threaten a patient. Her husband, Dr Shaun Xu, is also a dentist in the office and he was the only one urging her to stop, and she would yell and threaten him too! I believe this minor disagreement on X-rays was a tipping point in Han's personal life which caused this assault. Regardless, as a professional (?) licensed dentist, you do NOT VERBALLY ASSAULT YOUR PATIENTS, no matter what you're going through in your personal life. No patient should ever be pressured into unnecessary procedures, threatened with insurance, or spoken to with hostility. This experience was not only unprofessional but extremely DANGEROUS to my mother's health. If you value respectful and ethical care, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
