Boy did i make a mistake Quick and skinny is I went to look at a used Honda Civic, I would be trading in my Ford Focus. The original offer that they came at me with was to roll over 3500, $3000 down, $460 a month for 72 months. Needless to say my jaw hit the floor. The car was only 17,500. I told them the math doesn't even add up. That had to be almost 30% interest. 30%...WTF! I got 4.5% on my last loan for a used car. I should have used my credit union as I could have done even better... Quite honestly, at this point I'm p***ed. If my sales girl wasn't so damn hot, I would have left. Now she didn't set up the deal, her finance manager did. I guess he thought I was a 19 year old kid sweating a Honda Civic.....I'm 38, I don't really sweat anything anymore. I ended up dealing with her boss, who wasn't a terrible guy. She wasn't either. Just the point I had to argue the point of interest to these people. They wouldn't tell me anything about the way they structured the loan...I had to pull out a Calculator to figure out what they did. In the end, they wanted 25% interest, they hadn't even formally ran my credit. I'm sure they probably got everything off the balance of my loan on the Focus...In the end I got a good deal on the Civic I picked up. My payment were where they WERE SUPPOSED TO BE, actually cheaper then I thought. In the end they got me to sign. I was tired, hadn't ate all day, hot girl was going home, just a bunch of things working against me. Not saying don't go to them, as they do have good deals to get you in. Just line up your own financing, or take a good payment Calculator and be ready to use it. Only reason they got 3 stars instead of 2 was my sales girl was hot. 2 stars would be more accurate of my experience, hot girl has to count for something.

After they read it, the light went off, but I know not to always trust that. I drove to Progressive and stopped in and spoke with Kyle. I showed them the report and he looked up my account. They took my car to fix it, did a tire rotation, and I had my free oil change done.. with NO appointment. Luckily the issue was under my power train warranty and was no charge to me. But here's the kicker.. I had to get to work and they didn't have any cars available for me to use. They had a shuttle driver take me up to Fairlawn so I could get to work. Again, no appointment, no notice. If that isn't great customer service, I don't know what is. All of my future vehicles will be purchased here and I will definitely recommend them to any friends and family.

There's no one running the service department properly. They don't have mechanics. They have techs. And they don't have enough. And the one tech who they refer to often, has either called off sick, or he's on vacation. Regardless, they blame him for delays. I believe they are making up lies! It's gone beyond upsetting! It's our main vehicle, we've had to borrow cars from family to get around. A loaner has never been offered. I see the lady who owns Diehl is advertising on TV. Good luck. I can buy a car anywhere but if their service sucks, they will never see me again. This has been hell.... I'll update if things get resolved before June 1, 2024 I'll remove this complaint if resolution can be achieved.

Purchased a Kia from Tony at Main Street Motors for my father. After about 8 months a problem…read moredeveloped that was catastrophic to the engine. Main Street Motors had no liability in this situation. I took the car to Kia in Alliance and they wanted to replace the motor for $12,600 and charged us over $900 dollars just to say it was bad. I brought this problem to Tony the owner of Main Street Motors and he asked me to let him pick the car up and see what the real issue was. Keep in mind that this is not his problem, it was a very weird situation with this car and Tony stepped up and towed the car to his shop and dug in. He had no reason to help my dad, who is 88 years old, but he did. Tony's shop found that the dealer was lazy and now the car is fixed, for much less than they were asking. The car business has such a bad reputation, Main Street Motors is not part of the problem. If you are looking at an automobile I can't recommend this dealership enough. Quality of cars combined with high character ownership makes this a no brainer to buy a car from them. I have to buy my 16 year old son a car, and I will be buying from Tony at Main Street Motors. Had it changed, and now the dashboard is like a Christmas tree and there are metal shavings in the oil. Not to mention, sold a vehicle in winter with bald tires. Long story short, I bought a car sight unseen, 500 mile car that they told me was clean and great. I have bought alot of vehicles sight unseen and never had an issue with a dealer not disclosing that a vehicle had had paintwork, so my fault, but I think that it goes to the credibility and trustworthiness of the business, and I would never consider buying anything else from them. After the deal was done, when the transport truck was there (and probably recorded the damage) they said oh, there is a a small touch up, but your ppf should cover it. It turned out to be more, and what turned out to be a $1800 bodyshop bill that I had to pay and have receipts for. It is sad but seems to be further evidence of the erosion of what was previously a great, trust-based society. Two thumbs down.
