I have been…read moreextremely happy with the value, service, the vehicles, the WMC team; happy with everything with respect to my car buying and ongoing service experience. I would highly recommend WMC. I've worked with salesman Nick Fleming in most cases, but you will receive outstanding and respectful service from anyone on the team. They are all approachable, flexible, kind, open-minded and willing to work with you. They listen to their customers and do not apply sales pressure. (there is no need, because they are so good!) Obviously, the vehicles are always priced right, (fairly) that's why I continue to go back and will continue to do so. On May 2, 2020 I picked up a 2019 Chevy Colorado and I absolutely love it. Nick has stayed in touch with me to make sure I'm happy with everything and, of course I am! Mutual respect, trust and honesty are important characteristics in a relationship. The WMC team clearly exhibits all of these characteristics and more!

From the moment I contacted them about the vehicle to the moment I arrived to test drive Nick was super helpful. I requested some pictures of the suspension since I saw some aftermarket modifications and without one complaint Nick had gotten me all the photos requested. Every dealer I had inquired here in Chicago had ridiculous dealer fees, lot fees, etc and the asking price was already more than a grand more than what Wadsworth motors was asking. This was honestly my first car purchase from a dealer that didn't leave me feeling like I was scammed. Absolutely no buyers remorse and the best part is I didn't even have to haggle. I paid their full asking price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car in the area. My wife and I were even talking about wanting to make future purchases from them despite the distance!

Avoid Diehl Subaru of Massillon…read more What should have been a straightforward repair turned into repeated misdiagnoses, failed fixes, and a significantly worse outcome than when I brought the vehicle in. This was not a one-off mistake. It was a pattern. They have taken zero responsibility for the failures. Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. When issues escalated, they simply stopped engaging. Even more concerning, there were repeated attempts to overcharge the insurance company, which raises serious questions about how they conduct business. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no ownership at any point in the process. Just poor work, poor communication, and complete disregard for the customer once problems became apparent. This place is a disaster. I have no confidence in their diagnostics, their repairs, or their integrity. I would not return under any circumstances, and I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I have been doing this for years and I can honestly say the dealers in smaller towns will give you the best deal, if you are willing to travel. Two weeks ago I contacted over 20 dealers and by far the best deal and the nicest people were Diehl in Massillon. Thorne Silvius was great as was Tim Smith the sales manager. No bullshit, no games. Their pricing was excellent and they were very easy to deal with. I drove down there, the car was ready, they got me through finance fast and away I went in a new Outback. I highly recommend you to them if you are thinking about leasing or buying a Subaru. Great dealer, no hassles at great prices ... cannot beat that from Buffalo to Chicago.

If you go here, You're going to be harassed and pressured into buying something from them until you leave. The henchman will leave as your talking to them to go gossip with their big boss about how to get whatever deal they can out of you. You will rarely find any good deals here. If you buy? You will most likely have a a vehicle that is going to need work done to it soon. Plus, all cars are mostly $8,000 or more. They never have anything really for under that. Even though they advertise having over a 100 vehicles that are $6,000 or lower. Best deal is to go to vanevere so you get that lifetime warranty with any vehicle at least. Plus, will have a way better car buying experience than going to Budget car mart. Those budget car mart employees only care about making extra money for sales. They really don't care about you! They Won't even offer a return back policy if you don't end up liking what you choose!! Don't get trapped financially here!

My life circumstances has required me to cut my life's expenses. I arrived at the dealership and I thought it was odd that they wanted to look at my trade first before I even looked at the vehicle I was there to see. The sales manager came out, introduced himself (wish I could remember his name) took my keys, went and inspected my vehicle, came back without a word and dropped my keys back on the salesman desk I was sitting at. The salesman provided me with a CarFax report and stated their service center had inspected and serviced the vehicle. The salesman then said he would pull the vehicle I was looking at up to the front of the building. I could see him going back and forth, just wandering, first saying he couldn't find the keys, then he comes over and said it was out of gas and he needed to go put gas in it. When he comes back , he's at the front counter, back turned, talking to someone at the front desk. I had an uncomfortable feeling. He finally returned and said, ok I have it pulled up out front. I get into the vehicles drivers seat. I turn the vehicle on. EVERY Dash-light and warning sign is on. Brake, transmission, sensors , abs, steering. I say , all the lights are on and they're staying on. The car, sputters, brakes soft, steering is difficult. We take the car for a test drive, get back to the dealership. I start testing the A/C Not working! We get out, he tells me, his service department will take care of the issues. He Is not interested in showing me the vehicle, doesn't open hood, backseat or show me any of the features. Opens up the back lift gate to show me it has weather tech mats . I look, every wheel is chewed up and cracked. He comments something to the effect that they gave me compensation towards my trade for the condition of the wheels or something to that nature. We walk back in and sit down back at the salesman's desk. He pulls out the appraisal of my car ( from the sales manager). Indicates that it's from the Kelly Blue Book values. My car is a BMW 7 years NEWER than the Cadillac I was looking at, 50.000.00 LESS miles in great condition (NO DASH or WARNING lights on. Their offer was $4500 more than their HOOPTY ! Keeping in mind they were saying it's based on Kelly Blue Book value. I have provided the same day Kelly Blue Book instant offer from the same day! $ 2575.00 higher . Basically robbery, of my car and double dipping . I went to a Cadillac dealership expecting an experience that would warrant a reputable dealership, I instead got the POT-LOT experience. I wouldn't buy a lawnmower here.
