They left my wheel well plastic unfastened which I ran over and ripped off, plus got grease on the brand new carpet (and I let ALL of that slide) I returned for 2nd alignment adding mount and balance of my $5k wheels using their "touchless service". Upon second alignment, they discovered they were unscrewing the rack the whole time. It never needed cut but "they usually don't check that." During the mount and balance, after watching every tech oogling and handling my wheels, I asked Rick again the protocol of their touchless method in which he had to go out and inform the techs that they need to stop. (Quoted protocol was only 2 techs are approved to do it, they'll review the wheels with the customer for damage prior to working on them, the touchless machine won't damage them. And I pay more for the service.) They did not review them with me. They scratched the center bore and cooling fins, then Rick argued that it can't happen "it never gets touched, there's no way" "I'm telling you, nothing and nobody touched the wheel" that's why it's a touchless service" I asked to see the machine, in which I quickly identified what caused it... The conical mount, in which his tune changed to, "oh, well, that's the only spot." I understand something has to hold it, but they should communicate the hazard risks I also let that slide. Then upon attaching the aero discs, they cracked all 4 and chipped 1. And to top it off, the tie rods were on the wrong sides, so it impacted the wheel ripping off the balancing weights. (I didn't even hold that against them cause they didn't install them but some say, since they're the professionals, they should have caught it.) No one in the office communicates with each other Rick quoted the protocol, the guy next to him made the appointment, and neither informed the techs unboxing the wheels to what service. They're friendly, but they're far from professional and it cost me a 1/300 set of wheels. If you care like I do, find somewhere else.

Full Review: I really wanted to support this business...the front desk staff has always been kind and professional, but the lack of care and deceptive behavior from the mechanics on my recent visit (09/01/2026) completely broke my trust. The entire reason I switched to T and T Tire was because my previous dealership failed to rotate my tires properly, causing uneven tread wear. Ironically, it was a member of T and T's front desk staff who originally suggested I mark my tires to verify the rotations. During my visit for an oil change and rotation, the tires were once again not rotated correctly for my vehicle type. This was the same issue I had during my last visit with T and T Tire. While waiting for them to correct it, I walked over to place something in my vehicle, only to find my glove box completely taken apart and left sitting on the passenger-side floor. Despite this, I remained pleasant and understanding with the front desk, acknowledging it was near the end of the day and that everyone makes mistakes when tired. The front desk staff was visibly embarrassed and frustrated on my behalf, apologizing for the lack of attention to detail in the shop. The breaking point happened when they brought the vehicle out the second time. Every permanent marker line on my tires had been deliberately scrubbed off. You could clearly see the wipe marks where each indicator had been removed. I had driven on those bold markings for miles, and they were completely intact after the first service. Instead of completing the job properly and allowing me to verify the work, the technicians chose to wipe off the marks so I couldn't confirm whether the tires were ever actually rotated. He's given them a lot of business and referred multiple people there, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Recently, we found out our vehicle (2009 Mercedes C300 4MATIC AWD) had been set up with mismatched tire sizes side-to-side on both axles. This is not just a minor issue -- it's unsafe for AWD vehicles and can cause serious damage to the drivetrain, including the transfer case. We only discovered this after our car started having problems and warning lights (ABS/ESP) came on. We paid $300 for a diagnostic, and the mechanic immediately identified the tire setup as the cause and explained how damaging it is. At this point, the vehicle is not being driven because we do not want to risk further damage to the drivetrain or potentially cause the transfer case to fail completely. We also chose not to adjust or move the tires ourselves because we wanted the shop to see the issue exactly as it was left after their installation. Even attempting to rearrange the tires now would not properly fix the issue, because the tread has already worn unevenly from being driven in the incorrect configuration -- which can still cause problems for an AWD system. When we brought this to the tire shop, we were not asking for reimbursement for the diagnostic -- we simply asked them to correct the issue. Instead, we were told it couldn't be their fault and were asked to pay for new tires And they would cover half of them but then also refuse to put the tires on our car. If they were to do that. Which would mean we would have to go pay somebody else to do so and have our card towed twice since it is currently not drivable without causing more stress to the vehicle and risking more problems happening. This isn't the first issue either: Previously, one of their employees broke a tire pressure sensor and attempted to hide it using a zip tie. At first they denied it, but after reviewing their cameras, the employee admitted it and it was fixed. There is also now physical damage where the tire has been rubbing against the strut due to incorrect sizing and placement. Despite all of this, they are refusing to take responsibility and want us to pay again. We tried to handle this respectfully and give them the chance to make it right, but instead we were blamed and dismissed. At this point, we are considering small claims court due to the costs and damage caused. If you have an AWD vehicle especially, I would be very cautious. This situation could have led to major mechanical failure or loss of vehicle control. Very disappointing experience from a shop we trusted and supported.
