Well, we arrived at 7am and the alleyway where we needed to pull in was blocked with their trucks. It took about a half an hour to get all the trucks moved out of there and for us to pull in. The young man who installed our tires was friendly, efficient and did a fast job. It took another half an hour to get those tires on. We would definitely stop by here first if we need tires in the future ... but might wait until 7:30 before we arrived.
