I was asked to meet so parts could be picked up. I was sent a Google Maps location, drove there, and waited--only to be asked where I was. I was then sent a second location, which turned out to be 18 minutes away, after I had already spent about 20 minutes driving to the first spot based on the information provided. Instead of acknowledging the confusion, I was told that the situation was a waste of time and that I should find another mechanic. This was after I had already rearranged my schedule and made the effort to meet based on his directions. The lack of consideration, poor communication, and dismissive attitude were very unprofessional. Coordination matters just as much as technical skill, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short in that area.
