Every wheel has these gouge dots that are deep in the aluminum. They also didn't remove the factory wheel weight adhesive and lazily stuck new weights on the old adhesive. I will never bring another car back to this place and they will not get one more dollar. We brought our pilot in for a parasitic draw. We literally left that on a note for them to check out. They said they tested everything (battery/alternator). I said did you drive it around? turn it on turn it off, etc. they said yes they even kept it overnight tested in the morning and they said everything came back good. I showed up just before they closed at 4 o'clock and had my son drive the car 3.5 miles to the rental car place (straight down 4th plain) because we were dropping off a rental car only to have the car (pilot) die right there in the parking lot and not even being able to be jumped. This was extremely frustrating, especially after I told them that there was an issue so basically from what I gather all they did was charge the battery which I did at home and it was able to start one time. I don't think they did any relevant/ or proper testing on the car which I basically just burned up $100. That's fine living and learning I guess. What's very frustrating is trying to find a good honest shop that does good quality work and like I said we have brought all of our cars there going all the way back to the early 2000s And even before that so they have lost me as a lifetime customer and I would recommend if you have any electrical issues to not have the shop do it unless you want to be stranded and have your car towed to another place that can figure it out. There was no communication there was no Customer service... Not even a call that would apologize or willing to take care of the issue after they said that they had tried to fix it unfortunately, Munson's is no longer a top shop. Don't go here...

I found Tom Dwyer Auto via raving reviews on Reddit and decided to give them a shot to try to…read morediagnose the source of my water leak. I also added a comprehensive exam (which they offered at a discounted rate) for them to look at my car as a whole and to let me know what things might need repair now and in the near future. They were able to see my car within a week of me reaching out for an appt, and they only kept my car for ~5 hours. They tried everything they could to find the source of my leak, but when they couldn't, they referred me to Liberty Water Leak, who was fantastic and found the sources of my leak and water damage within a few hours. With the comprehensive exam, they listed each item that needed repair and were not pushy AT ALL. They also answered all of my questions, yes... even the dumb ones. There was an oversight where my wiper cowlings were not installed correctly, so I did leave an honest review on SureCritic saying that I wasn't sure if I'd trust them with further repairs due to that mistake. Within a week of posting that review, the shop called me to apologize and discuss what happened. On top of that, they refunded me my entire bill. I understand now why Tom Dwyer Auto has such good reviews-- They genuinely care about their customers and producing quality work. I am grateful to have been treated with respect, not taken advantage of as a female, and for their determination to correct the mistakes made. Thank you again!
