They left tape lines on the roof when they masked it. Orange peel was Insane on the doors they blended it to. Sent it back and got fixed but still not to my liking as I had to send it back to get orange peel removed. Too many headaches. It's been a Year now and my clear coat is peeling like crazy. MY CAR IS GARAGED KEPT! Always taking care of it since I'm a car enthusiast. They did a half assed job. BOSS MAN SAID "wax" was the issue which from what I heard from other painters it was bs what he was saying. Lying is crazy. Also denying to fix the clear coat peeling because of warranty went past over a year by literarily 2 months. A Year to have clear coat peel is crazy & shouldn't have happened, btw "Wax" did that. He's also denying repairs because my brother wrote a bad review and he doesn't want to deal with any of us but could've been avoided if job was done 100% right! On my brothers review they replied by saying "unfortunately I can't seem to find your information on my system" how are you going to lie about the car being in the system!? We have prove that it was in your shop from insurance. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP!!! POOR WORK!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE WORKERS!!! TERRIBLE PAINT/CLEAR!!!!

They also had issues re-installing the glass and scratched the fresh paint. Instead of fixing it properly, they just touched up the scratch and I didn't notice it until after I got the car home. It took much longer than promised to finish the work and there were some shady business practices involved that I did not appreciate being a part of. Think twice if you care about your car.

He took a picture of my plates because he wanted to reprimand the operator that gave me the $150 quote. My car is older than 2020 and is set for $150 he was trying to get an extra $100. This man also treats you like he's doing you a favor but all in reality he's doing you a service. I asked him to delete the pictures of my plates and he said no when I was leaving and got on the phone immediately. Not sure what his intentions were but he kept the pictures. Ignacio very generously took the time to help me figure out a way to get the part as affordably as possible (as a person who knows nothing about cars I sometimes worry about naively being upsold, but he went out of his way to do the exact opposite!) and then he fit me into his schedule super easily. The total cost was less than half what it would have been at the dealership, and Ignacio even adjusted the price of the labor a bit because the job took less time than he'd expected. It was a completely positive experience from start to finish. I almost hope we back into another pole so we can go back!

I had leather seats installed and Gonzalo helped me, he was nice but never mentioned that the…read moreproduct images he sent me would be four shades darker than the actual leather seats. (you can see in the pictures below.) When I received my seats, I was very surprised to see how different it looked than expected. After checking if it was the exact color I ordered, I was shocked to hear it was. I am now stuck having to pay again for these seats to be redone or stay dissatisfied with the current color.

The other seats all still look perfect. Just the drivers side has cracks.

The first time, they installed it and there were a few crooked areas. And they had also broken a clip under my passenger seat. It's over an hour drive, one way, to get here from where I live, and they had it for a few days. When I called the dealer to let them know, they drove it back down to Beaverton and only fixed it partially (had it again for a few days). Was told that was the way the leather was sent to them, with no solution offered to fix it (my middle arm rest is still crooked today). I had to call yet again and let them know the housing for the car seat latch system was loose. Neither the dealer or I was able to fix the housing. A woman at the dealer pointed out other issues she found too. A month and a half later they finally fixed the car seat latch housing but I've found more broken clips for my seat since then. And my arm rest still doesn't look right. This is a nightmare how low the quality control is at Classic Soft Trim...and the lack of follow up/trying to make it right. I wouldn't recommend using them for upholstery/leather.
