They left tape lines on the roof when they masked it. Orange peel was Insane on the doors they blended it to. MY CAR IS GARAGED KEPT! Always taking care of it since I'm a car enthusiast. They did a half assed job. BOSS MAN SAID "wax" was the issue which from what I heard from other painters it was bs what he was saying. Lying is crazy. Also denying to fix the clear coat peeling because of warranty went past over a year by literarily 2 months. A Year to have clear coat peel is crazy & shouldn't have happened, btw "Wax" did that. He's also denying repairs because my brother wrote a bad review and he doesn't want to deal with any of us but could've been avoided if job was done 100% right! On my brothers review they replied by saying "unfortunately I can't seem to find your information on my system" how are you going to lie about the car being in the system!? They also had issues re-installing the glass and scratched the fresh paint. Instead of fixing it properly, they just touched up the scratch and I didn't notice it until after I got the car home. It took much longer than promised to finish the work and there were some shady business practices involved that I did not appreciate being a part of. Think twice if you care about your car.

Ignacio very generously took the time to help me figure out a way to get the part as affordably as possible (as a person who knows nothing about cars I sometimes worry about naively being upsold, but he went out of his way to do the exact opposite!) and then he fit me into his schedule super easily. The total cost was less than half what it would have been at the dealership, and Ignacio even adjusted the price of the labor a bit because the job took less time than he'd expected. It was a completely positive experience from start to finish. I almost hope we back into another pole so we can go back!

I asked him to delete the pictures of my plates and he said no when I was leaving and got on the phone immediately. Not sure what his intentions were but he kept the pictures. (you can see in the pictures below.) When I received my seats, I was very surprised to see how different it looked than expected. After checking if it was the exact color I ordered, I was shocked to hear it was. I am now stuck having to pay again for these seats to be redone or stay dissatisfied with the current color.

Probably won't be driving much after that. I will be 100 years old!
