The whole process took about 3-4 hours and cost $700. I'm pretty happy with the cost/time. I would feel comfortable taking my car back again for more suspension work.

I'm an outdoors man - My long-bed and I have spent countless hours on washboard gravel roads. Everyone knows, these shake the hell outta your truck. I also sleep in the back of my truck and the insulated canopy they installed in 2016 has yet to leak, In fact, the insulation is still tight & fresh as it was on day 1. The overhead LED lights inside the canopy have yet to stop working. All of this speaks to their craftsmanship & quality parts. The power-steps finally gave out after a decade of use, so it was time to replace them. I was given the option between the cheaper overseas version, or the USA built version. It's nice to get price options and their expertise on the level of quality. As part of the install they noticed a cracked end cap for one of the steps. (I would have never noticed it on my own) Anyhow, they called it out, already have a replacement on the way from the factory, and when the part arrived - they were able to a do a 'while you wait' replacement. For safety and quality reasons, I had Anthony and his team at Tailored Auto Styling install some high visibility, highest quality heat, and UV rejection graphite tint. Ignacio very generously took the time to help me figure out a way to get the part as affordably as possible (as a person who knows nothing about cars I sometimes worry about naively being upsold, but he went out of his way to do the exact opposite!) and then he fit me into his schedule super easily. The total cost was less than half what it would have been at the dealership, and Ignacio even adjusted the price of the labor a bit because the job took less time than he'd expected. It was a completely positive experience from start to finish. I almost hope we back into another pole so we can go back!

Beware of this shop!!!…read more August 2019 - oil coolant pipe broke from my Venza. These people installed a rubber pipe and charged me $460. April 2020- oil coolant pipe broke again. I took it to a different mechanic shop. Toyota informed us that rubber pipe was not supposed to be installed since 2015 as they have changed it to metal pipe. Called extreme auto repair back and they didn't do anything. Basically said sorry.....What a joke!!
