Came here for a second time with my friend and we got the same server. Sarah. This girl looks like she'd rather be anywhere else but here. She looks miserable and when she came to the table, there was no greet. Just a, "can I get you something to drink?" We observed her talking to another waitress and the other waitress looking over at us and then she was getting a new table and she was telling the hostess to give it to someone else. Why are you here if you don't want to deal with people? Working in the restaurant industry is all about customer service. Sarah had none. The three stars are for the food. We enjoyed the bacon jalapeño poppers as well as their ribeye steak and mojito sampler. It's unfortunate when the food is good but service sucks. Makes the experience a negative one. read more

Stopped by for dinner on weeknight & had a great experience. Sat at the bar & received great service from both of the bartenders, one of which appeared to be training. Very attentive & friendly. My husband and I have been dining at Kelsey's for several years now. The food is very good. The highlight for us is Carol!!! She is the nicest, most personable server that we have ever experienced. I work in the hospitality industry and prior to that I was at Nordstrom for 15 years. I know and expect exceptional service. Anyone can grill a burger (but the black and bleu at Kelsey's is great) but in Temecula we have a plethora of choices. We keep coming back to Kelsey's because of Carol. Please recognize Carol for her exceptional service. She is amazing!!!! read more

We tried this place to get some lunch while a friend of mine was playing poker. We ordered one burger with sweet potato fries. We split the burger and we were both full. It seemed like a whole burger for the both of us. The burger was so tasty. I will definitely go back just for the burger. read more

Hostess was cold but I don't care about that so much but you know what they say about first impressions... The place was slow(Wednesday night happy hour), so we thought...maybe we will get some good service? Wrong! Once we were seated we were ignored for almost 10 minutes. No drinks, no hello, no how are ya doin, nothing. There were a lot of employees on the floor that just kept walking by. Finally I went to the bar and asked for some service. A waitress came out and took our order. She was nice and I am sure meant well but the mood of the place surely played out on her service and attentiveness. Once she took our order it took another 5 minutes or so to get our beers. Beers were cold and good but the additional 15 minutes of ignoring us the food finally comes out. Casadilla - NASTY Sliders - BURNT, DRY, TASTELESS Flat Bread Pizza - BLAND AND BORING Honestly...I can cook better than what was being served. I really do not understand why places try so hard to be unique when they can't make a simple slider correctly? The place is beautiful after their recent remodel but I think its beauty was to mask the fact that you were eating cafeteria food dressed in a tuxedo. We stopped here for happy hour recently. The bartenders were friendly, but the food was terrible. To be fair, we ordered one of those happy hour sampler platters... Basically a bunch of fried food. It was so bad I couldn't eat much of it. I was going to order a salad, but I caught a glimpse of a few coming out of the kitchen and they looked less than stellar. Seriously the best sports bar I have ever been to. We used to hate going to Kelsey's but ever since they remodeled its sooooo nice. The food is out of this world! If you are going there for dinner you need to ask for Katie she is by far the best waitress there. Excellent service and excellent atmosphere! My wife is a red card over at Pechanga and we absolutely love Kelsey's. We get a free buffet everyday and we would rather pay to eat at Kelsey's then go anywhere else lol. Hi I just wanted to check out the talked about Kelsey's Bar and Grill at the Pechanga Casino in Temecula, California. I had read a previous review of how the location was revamped. I have no idea how it was before, but it looks outstanding now. The Chairs are very comfortable and the tables are thick solid beautiful wood both inviting us to sit a spell. We were treated with warmth and kindness when we walked in with our young granddaughter. We were unsure if kids were allowed. But, they welcomed us with warmth and offered us a highchair. We were very happy... Anyway, a nice young women Janneth seated us by working very hard to seat all of us in one space; we had a large party. Then our waitress, Debbie, treated us very nice even though she knew that we were not going to be ordering a lot. I did not mentioned to you all that we had just eaten at a wedding and were very full. Anyway, what I really liked the best is that even though we did not order much, we were treated as if we had order a lot. We were constantly attended to and Debbie and Janneth were both very nice to all of us every time they came to our table. We ordered the Sweet Potato fries and the Smoked Tri-tip Nachos. They were reasonably priced and very tasty. But, there was one thing that we were sad about ... the Jalapeno Poppers had just run out. this was absolutely terrible. the food was disgusting and very very over priced. the menu was very hard to understand, and our server would barely answer any of our questions. i ordered a steak medium rare and it came out extremely over done. the sauce on the side made my brother throw up so much to where we renamed it kaka. i would not recommend coming here, it was all around a bad experience. read more

The tortilla soup is really good. The wings are great, but they are VERY SPICY HOT! Salads are not too bad either. A little overpriced, but this is in a casino so if you play at all you'll probably eat for free anyway. read more

The place is awesome, service is great, drinks are really good unfortunately the food was very disappointing, fries, ribs, brisket, everything cold. Fish and chips cold weird because its deep fried, the fish had no flavor at all the server said that yhose were the best fish and chips ever but no. Went to have dinner with family. The server was nice, but everything took a very long time , from the food (probably 50 minutes), drinks(20 min), even for cards to be charged (25 min after she took our cards). The waitress would forget our food and drinks. Im not sure if it was understaffed or maybe the waitress was new? I dont know the situation, I did make a online complaint on March 25th. The manager called and left me a message requesting i return her call. I called her twice, left her voicemails. No response as of yet and its been almost 1 month? I hope they fixed the problem, as the food is pretty good , but the service was not. Try this restaurant if you have A LOT of time to spare. read more

Let's start off with this place is a joke and I wish I could give less stars. We've been here before and it was much better in the past. We talked to the hostess and she gave us a 45 minute wait for 4 people, no problem, we went and grabbed a drink at the bar. they called us about 40-45 minutes later to tell us our table was ready. We walked right over and the hostess immediately sat us. As we sat there for about 15 minutes at our table with no interaction from anybody we started to look around and I got up and went and asked the hostess if we had a server, she said yes please let me go get him. A few more minutes passed by and my brother in law got up to go at least get some drinks for our table. As he was at the bar our server came to our table after we had been sitting for about 25 minutes now to get us drinks. He apologized for the wait but it was to late to hear the apology. We ordered some waters and an iced t with him because my brother was at the bar getting drinks. Few minutes later the hostess came over with waters for us. A bit more time passes and the food and beverage asst. manager came over to take our order which she did. We placed our order and got an appetizer also which she asked if we would like that first and we said yes. As we sit and wait and after being there over an hour our food finally comes out looking good, except no nachos which is what we ordered for our appetizer. We asked the server and he said oh yeah she did say that you wanted them first, let me go check on them. He comes right back out with the nachos and sets them down. NOT an appetizer at this point. Food was good to start and the further I get into my bbq chicken pizza, which was good I come across a chicken wing BONE! Really a bone in my pizza, we let a manager know about it and they offer dessert. At this point we declined on dessert and she offered to remake my pizza. I said no thanks and she said I'll take it off the check. At this point we were just over our night At Kelsey's and had been there way too long. They brought our check and we payed. But tonight our night here was a complete joke. They better get it together and get it figured out. I would like to start my review by commending the renovation of the place. The ambience is much better, furniture, decoration, set up of the bar were all done in a very tasteful style. The food and alcohol selections are excellent too. We've been frequenting Kelsey's since its renovation. However the last three times that we've been there we noticed a decline in their service. They were not even busy and the service was on the slow side. They sat as fast but for someone to come get our order was noticeably slow. It seems that staffing may be lacking and training to be attentive to the customers. I hope they can improve the service because we love to see this place to be successful. read more

Kelsey's appearance is a nice mellow environment, it looked like a great place to spend our winnings. My friends and I ordered cocktails from the menu, the drinks themselves were not that bad, but compared to other places in the hotel they were mediocre. We were starving and decided to get an appetizer as we waited for our food... we pretty much licked the plate because the nachos were that good. Then the main course arrived... we honestly were all speechless. All three entrees looked so dried out, none were Instagram worthy. We decided that they probably sat under the heat lamp for too long and slowly started picking them apart. I had the jambalaya, while my friends had the salmon plates. I peeled the outer layer to the side, and the inside was moist. I had a slight dimmer of hope that the entree would still be worth it. It wasn't, the rice tasted like my poor attempt at Spanish rice that I only attempted once because it was inedible. All three of us were not satisfied and did not finish our food. The waitress was very helpful the whole time, but not enough to go back. After paying our tab... we literally went to the food court right after and got something we were happy eating. read more

Besides the food being the best, service and staff are great too. Party of two took 15 minutes to get a seat, that's how crowded it was. Then our food was a bit late due to a big party and a large take out order. The manager appologized and paid for the bill. No charge at all!!! Not too happy during my visit today. I wanted 20 minutes to have my drink order taken. Two diet cokes, simple order, right? Nope, wrong. Our appetizers came out before our drinks. My husband had to go to the bar and grab the drinks. I asked to talk to manager and I voiced my disappointment to him and told him I wanted to get up and leave. I am really not sure what is wrong with restaurants these days. The reason people go out to eat are to relax, not cook, and certainly not to have to deal with incompetent servers who can't get their heads on straight. She was nice after we were finished with our appetizer, Not once did I complain about her behavior in the beginning because she wasn't around to assess that. lol. Anyways the food was great, I had the jalapeño papers which are absolutely amazing, and the meat lovers pizza. I like the thin crust it comes with. I have had their other food during previous visits, but ever since the remodel and the menu change things don't taste as good there. Also the service there has taken a huge crap. So the good thing is its gorgeous. I know we are at a casino and smoking is permitted. Which I have no problems with. The food just doesnt taste the way it should when your in a smoke filled area. They have indoor out door seating, which is weird because no part of it is outside. This pertains to outside of the ressturant and being seated about 10 feet from a machine. Too bad I wasn't stretch arm strong because I am a good multitasked and would have loved to gamble while I was eating my smoked pizza. (not really smoked, I am referring to the cig smoke). This restaurant falls into the "just ok" category. The icky casino smoke smell permeates the place. The jalapeño poppers were delicious, decent selection of beers, brisket dip sandwich wasn't very good, and the burger my husband ordered was so unimpressive that he can't even remember exactly which one he had. The service was also kind of "meh." At one point I had to go to the bar to refill our waters and get small plates for our apps. There are a lot of great places for the price. Tried this place recently and I was really impressed with not only the food but the service. We tried the corn bread, brisket sandwich, and a bacon and blue cheese burger, all of which were really good! The place has been recently remodeled and looks very beautiful the tables are all spread out so you don't feel too close to others and can have some privacy. The staff is just very pleasant in this restaurant they are always attentive, our waiter was great he always made sure we had everything we needed and that our drinks were never empty. Kelsey's every time we come to Pechanga we stop at Kelsey's for a drink. We never leave disappointed customer service is on point.

We come here at least twice a month we love it here! Great food and service never disappointed.There is something on the menu for everyone pizza, salads, steaks and burgers etc... We've tired just about everything on the menu in last two year's. It can get a little noisy during Happy Hour which isn't unusual, but it seems to echo even louder due to the high ceiling. We highly recommend trying out Kelsey's at Pechanga. read more

Horrible, just horrible...Advertised for a St Patty's dinner and it was more like St Fatty's dinner. Meat had more fat than meat, salad portions are more like a dinner salad (10.95) for a wedge salad and the was 4 leafs of salad. How do you have St Patty's specials and now Guinness beer?? Unless you know someone then they have the beer...I use to love this place, gone down hill...I will not return and i live 2 blocks from the casino, the sushi place has better food. read more
