Went to Kelsey's for a bite to eat and a drink before seeing a show at the Pechanga. Got lucky with a seat at the bar top. Bartenders were busy but not slammed. Started the timer on my phone. 2:30 when we were greeted/acknowledged by bartender "be right with you", 7:23 when bartender took our order (ordered food and drinks to save time), 10:13 when I got my drink, 14:18 when my husband got his beer (granted, the tap on the Guinness caused this problem), 17:29 when our food arrived. Ordered chicken quesadilla and spinach dip, both tasty but not spectacular. So, kitchen = good, bar = not so much. I personally think they were understaffed. read more

Hungry ... came in to eat and watch the end of a playoff game.. walked up to the front desk to get seated had to wait for a host to approach us to ask us if we've been help... I don't know if it's because I was with my daughter that she felt not to welcome us...or fig that I'll give her a bad tip... but she was horrible.. after ordering our food.. Burger was over cooked and had a grainy texture to the meat... pizza was ok.... not till I was 80% done with my burger did she come back and ask how everything was...... couldn't really say much since I almost finished my burger... need I remind I came in from traffic and just wanted to eat... I talked to the mgr and said what I felt.. he asked if I paid already I replied yes.. offer I comp dinner... which me coming back just for a free dinner. Not going to happen...... When I was sitting down eating the waitress kept coming up to me and asking waiting for someone and when I said no she would just grin and walk away not even take my order. Most likely the best casino in Southern California. Being an expert in Las Vegas, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this casino. It is nice, modern and humongous. Tons of slot machines with a good selection of old and new ones. Table games, by law, can only be card games. So they have roulette and craps, but uses cards to determine final outcome. Ridiculous law. In fact, idiotic. But this is not Perchanga's fault. However, Perchanga decided to take away the dice and have the dealers flip cards. Absoulutely stupid. I play and bet on the hot shooter. Why should I be rooting for the house? Craps is my favorite game, but here I will not play. Morons. Other California casinos have figured out how to incorporate the dice. Meanwhile, other than craps, slots are tremendous, plenty of table game selection, plenty of restaurants. Not enough cocktail waitress and crappy craps though. Since I love craps, I rather go to Pala instead. If it weren't for the craps, this is likely the best casino in Southern California. read more

This place was remodeled looks great, great place for sports & Beer but there menu changed & I missed there hot wings it's sort of a bar - b - q place now and there half of rack of ribs were dry & the sauce was bland & under cook, there cole slaw was very vingery & there frys were dry & cold, I miss the old menu. Kelsey's is one of my favorite places to eat when I'm at Pechanga. The food has improved by at least 2 stars after the remodel a few years ago and everything is always fresh and flavorful. My favorites are the chopped salad and boneless chicken wings (buffalo style). The Margherita pizza and ribs are also excellent choices. While I have had an occasional server that doesn't check back in until tip time most of them do a good job and Peter in particular is an exceptional server that makes sure the order comes out perfect every time. I would recommend Kelsey's if you like a place that offers an array of sports on large TV's with a full menu and bar! read more

Me and family went to kelseys for dinner and we were not disappointed. We ordered the tri tip nachos , the smokehouse burger , fish n chips, and finally ribs. The ribs weren't as juicy as other ribs I've tried at other restaurants but still was delicious, also wish the ribs were more saucy , but i stilled enjoyed them. The dish that stood out had to be the tri tip nachos and fish and chips. The nachos had that slimy , gooey cheese , just what a plate nachos should have. Not that melted on cheese that other restaurants provide. The fish n chips were probably a 10/10. Its rare that i eat fish n chips but kelseys definitely has some bragging rights for the fish n chips. Overall , our experience at kelseys was a good one. The dim lighting sets the relaxing mood, good music is being played, and also the lots of tvs they have that feature all the different sports playing. Also shout out to our server. I was extremely disappointed with this place. The service was terrible!!! We got the flight of beer right before we got our food, and the place was not busy so there was no excuse. The manager brought the beer, then asked us if it was warm?? Don't bring the beer if you think it's warm! At least he brought it, which is more than I can say for our server. Wow!!! My husband, me, my sister and her husband all walked in not knowing what to expect. Let me start off with saying GREAT service, and extremely friendly staff! The menu had good number of options to choose from. We ordered our food and the only reason I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars is it was a bit of a wait for the food because my brother in law ordered the Salmon and asparagus, but let me tell you it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!! Came here last weekend with the family and tried the Ribeye Steak, Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and kid's burger sliders. Everything was really good. The steak was tender, flavorful and had a great sauce on it. The sandwich was great, the steak they put in it was crispy on the edges and the cheese was gooey and hot. The kid's burgers were good, too. Shoestrings were awesome but a bit too salty. Even the kids ice cream was really good. Service was fine, but it was not busy at all. We had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. We waited just a couple of minutes for our server, Matthew, to assist us. We had a brief discussion about their craft beers, and he let us sample a couple of them. We opted for a couple of their IPAs, and then ordered their club sandwich with steak fries, to split. Matthew had the kitchen split the sandwich and fries into 2 separate plates, which we very much appreciated. Food was very good, as was the service. We spoke to Daniel, the manager, before we left, complimenting him on his restaurant, and staff. We will be back for a concert in December, and will definitely go back!! I had dinner earlier tonight with a friend of mine at Kelsey's. I haven't been there in several years. It use to be good. Not anymore. We had ribs, corn on the cob, and a baked potato. And, in writing this, I just realized they did not give us the cornbread, pepperoncinis, and grilled onions it comes with. Anyway, we were both so disappointed with our meal. The ribs were cold and tasted like they were leftover from the day before, the baked potato was small and shriveled up like it was cooked in the microwave and not even warm, and the corn on the cob was not sweet and had no flavor. Yes, the remodel looks nice. But that is about it. Such a shame how the food has gone downhill there. We sure won't be going back there again. read more

I always have dinner at Kelsey's every time I go to Pechanga Casino. This restaurant recently had a complete renovation. It looks fantastic, the bar, the restaurant layout, modern chairs, outside seating. The food here is great. It doesn't matter what you order. Everything is delicious. The manager, Daniel, awesome guy. I see him walking around the restaurant constantly observing, talking to guests, serving desserts to guests. He is so attentive! This was my second visit to Kelsey's. The first time was great, we went with a group of friends. This time I took a group of freshman highschool kids before their homecoming dance. They were a group fo 8. The staff was great and didn't bat an eye at me walking in with 8 14-year-olds! The manager Patrick was so awesome with hooking them up with the private room. The kids felt so cool! I sat at a table outside of the room to give them some privacy but to be there to escort the girls to the restroom and make sure they didn't get too loud in the room. Their waitress Megan was so great! She was so sweet and patient. She was also my waitress so I kept checking to make sure the kids were being well behaved. Every time she said they were great! Their meal went seamlessly - I was kind of shocked how well it went with a large group of "kids" and an almost full restaurant, like a well-oiled machine (As an ex waitress - kudos to the staff!). I stop in to Kelsey's about once a month to play the slots at the casino and have lunch at Kelsey's. My go to lunch is the salmon over quinoa with grilled asparagus and collard greens. The salmon is always great but it's hit of miss on the greens and about 1 out of 3 times it's over salted in a big way. It's like someone dumped in an extra cup pf salt into the recipe. read more

9/1/18. I had family over for a night at Pechanga and we chose to eat at Kelsey's. This was my third time The food is always great and the service and ambiance too. But last night arriving there 30 minutes before closing the server Matthew was phenomenal. To him it wasn't near quitting time, nope it was legendary service until the end. I highly recommend you ask for His area when dining there and be treated as a guest like no other. Kelsey's should be careful of losing a great server to a business owner who goes there. Came here for drinks with my husband, brother in law, and sister in law on a Thursday night. The restaurant was slow so we were seated promptly. Our server came over right away to take our order. We decided to split some cheesy fries to accompany our drinks. Service was good and the staff was friendly. So we decided to come to Pechanga on a whim for my mom's birthday. We were looking for a sit down spot that was casual but not the cafe or the buffet. Last time we were here the security guard recommended this place and I am glad he did! It was a nice elegant setting on the inside but it also had several large televisions all around so it did not feel too uptight. The booths are enclosed so you do not have to worry about other people looking in from the booth next door. My mother and I relaxed and polished off a bottle of Moscato before hitting the casino. The food portions were also larger than they seem in the picture, do not be fooled! We had to cancel one of our orders because it took the both of us to finish just 1 order, and we STILL had to take some of it home! Waitress Ashley was horrible. Never stopped by to check on us.food service slow. Had to wave another server for ketchup,had fish and chips. Fish was greasy and fries cold. Manager stopped by after i waited so long i just ate ..she was nice and I told her about the meal. She offered a dessert but we were already leaving. When Ashley brought the check she walked by and dumped the bill on the table and never said anything and just kept walking. How rude it that ! Poor customer service. Manager could have offered something to go and waitress should be canned. We always eat there and never had a problem with the service or food before. I rarely complain or ever write a review. So my wife and I live across the street and come here often. We have always had good experiences except for last night. We sat down at the bar and the the place was sparsely occupied. We sat in the middle of the bar and there were two bartenders. After waiting for ten minutes to be at lest spoken to we left due to the horrific, inattentive service. We complained to the hostess, who didn't seem to understand much English. I even pointed out and showed her where we sat. But the dim whitted hostess failed to comprehend multiple basic instructions regarding what was going on. So we left and told our friends. It sounds like we will never be back. Always enjoy the food and service here at Kelsey's. Bartenders are always very pleasant and attentive. I love the shrimp pesto flatbread and especially love the mushroom burger with the veggie burger patty. Lots of seating and very clean. The best thing Kelsey's has had going for it was the service, our waitress was very attentive and personable. The menu was pretty simple and it was surprising that the dishes my party ordered turned out so mediocre. My dish reviews are as follows: roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans, the chicken was greasy and over salted and mashed potatoes the driest I've ever had; seared salmon, again dry dry dry; tortilla soup, too creamy and too spicy. I recommend heading down to Old Town Temecula for a far better meal at a fraction of the cost. read more
