The arrangement was sparse, poorly designed, and absolutely did not meet the expectations of a $100 bouquet. Given the circumstances and the price, this was incredibly upsetting. When I called to address the issue, the owner told me to talk to the manager and refused to take responsibility. She seems far more preoccupied with other things than actually running her business. Based on both the product and the customer service, I would not recommend this florist. You are better off going to Trader Joe's and doing it yourself.

The shop was able to locate my daughter's original bouquet -- the one with the snapdragons she specifically wanted -- and they even added extra snapdragons to make it extra special. I returned the incorrect bouquet and picked up the right one without any hassle. The manager there (I wish I had gotten her name!) was incredibly sweet and apologetic. She genuinely cared about fixing the situation and even gifted my daughter a teddy bear along with the bouquet. Thank you for taking accountability and going above and beyond to make this right.
