I really enjoyed my visit to this bakery. Kellie featured Taylor Swift cookies on her Instagram. Being that my boyfriend is a huge fan of Taylor, I had to grab him one. Kellie was super friendly and helpful. The cookie was made with Taylor's chai spiced cookie recipe and it was delicious! I've literally passed this place hundreds of times without even knowing it was here. There's not too many parking spaces out front along this busy stretch of Burnet Road. I was hoping to stop in to pick up some of these great cookies I've been hearing a lot about from other reviewers. Unfortunately, they only have fresh baked cookies between Thursday and Saturday. I showed up on a Tuesday. They do special orders during the rest of the week. Lady behind the counter was very nice, and I was able to pick up one butter valentines cookie for five dollars. However, when we had it three days later on Valentine's Day, it was hard as a rock and basically inedible. It was a waste of five dollars. If you're charging five dollars for just one cookie, it should be delicious and edible not a flavorless rock. I just received a delivery of a box of cookies from Kellie's as a gift. O.M.G. Pure deliciousness! And they came with a pourable container of salted caramel and a hot fudge! The cookies were so very rich that I could only eat 1/4 at a time! There were 3 kinds of cookies in the box; snickerdoodle, Nutella and peanut butter but I believe the peanut butter may have been mislabeled because it was 100% filled with rich chocolate and I didn't taste any peanut butter. Was gifted a classy box of cookies from Kellie's for my bday and my oh my does Kellie know a thing or two not only about baking, but also about presentation. The box was a shade close to the iconic Tiffany's box and instead of stacking cookies on top of one another, each one gets valued real estate so instead of a shoe box, you get a long rectangular number that looks like a thing of roses. I shared most of my cookies with others, but the snickerdoodle was definitely the best snoodle I've ever had. And the bonus was not only were there two of them in the loot, there were another two masked by some edible pink sugar, so I had four to devour, and devour I did. read more

That's crazy that so many people are unaware of the rat infestation at this facility. The size of the rats that run amuck through the entire building complex including the next door businesses. I've seen them in the food, torn holes in flour bags where the rats defecated and urinated within, the giant rat metal traps scattered throughout the area, and the size of the rats, I swear from the tip of their nose to the end of their tails (18 inches at least). The traps emptied on a daily basis. Really, really disgusting! FYI, Buyer BEWARE! Also, the owner, Kellie is an incredibly vile individual with a very nasty attitude. She hides it very well. I know first-hand what she is like. If the floods from 2015 didn't wipe them out (the rats), I promise you there are probably a gazillion rats still running around freely and eagerly nibbling away at her goods while Kellie continues to serve them to her unaware customers! read more

Kellie's has some unique dessert mash-ups like the brookie and blue corn cookie. They also have simpler treats like snickerdoodles, chocolate chip cookies, and cookie dough. I ordered a small size of the peanut butter & Reese's cookie dough, and enjoyed it! The flavor came through and was a nice size to satisfy my craving. The women helping me was friendly and allowed me to try any of the flavors which I appreciated. All the desserts are very rich and definitely can be shared or saved for later. There's a small number of parking spaces in the front of store. The inside of the store is super cute, and seating is available indoors and outdoors. During lockdown, I ordered to-go dough to bake at home and... it was just as good. I really hope they don't change their ratios or ingredients because we have a blue-ribbon winner right here. I finally stopped in the other day after over a year of passing it on my way home. Because of the limited parking and the traffic on Burnet, I never wanted to go out of my way to come in - but I've always noticed the adorable décor - and I finally got my chance this week when I left work early. I was a little skeptical. I frequent another popular Austin baking establishment and didn't really think anything could compare. I wanted to get just a few things to taste for me and my husband. Because I went during off time, they were actually in the process of baking a new batch - so there was only one chocolate chip cookie left. I got that for my husband and got one of the "stuffed cookies" that was so artfully done. This "stuffed cookie" was a chocolate chip cookie baked in the shape of a small cupcake. The exterior of the cookie was well formed, lightly crisp, and the inside was oooey gooey - just like I liked it. It was supposedly stuffed with Nutella, which I'm not a huge fan of so I was on the fence about. It was actually perfect! The Nutella was delicately placed so as to not overpower the cookie. It was topped with marshmallow fluff. I didn't even get a picture because I ate it so fast. Absolutely delicious. The stuffed cookie was about 5$ and honestly could have lasted 3 days for me because it was pretty rich. you could easily split it with someone. The treats were amazing and the cost fair. So I was all confused when I originally bought the chocolate chip cookie cupcake (I can't recall the real name). My mind was seeing a cupcake, but upon closer inspection it appears to be cookie dough shaped and baked into a muffin tin and then given a delicious marshmellow topping resembling a cupcake topping. Very cleaver, and a little mind-blowing as well. Cookie portion tasted quite doughy but the topping on point. If you love cookie dough, this will be your jam! So this place is just precious! From the moment you walk in; it looks, smells and feels like a bakery should! The atmosphere is very sweet! (see what I did there) :) The service is extremely friendly. It was our first time and the employees were not stingy with samples. I would say some members of our party even abused the whole sampling thing a bit, but the employees kept giving them with a smile. I made sure we bought (and ate..yum!) a lot too! There is the cutest little smores bar, stuffed cookies and cookie dough ice cream! So I went because I saw the cookie dough ice cream and do not get me wrong...it was delish! But the star for me was the Nutella Marsh stuffed cookie. That was one of my to-go items and I put it in the micro for 10 seconds when I got home and errrrrmyyyygodddd....to die for. So get some to-go items to eat later in your pjs in the privacy of your home , but also make sure you have a bite there too!
