The will fix the errors if you call them, but honestly, I feel like they should have gotten it right the first time around. I do have to say the cabinets are well built, but they are happy to charge you for upgrades that never actually show up unless you point out the mistakes. Frustrating!

Littt le to no service or assistance despite my spending a small fortune there. I was told to "go look at what we have" Had to sort through a yard of about 50 tubs. Found the two I wanted and then was told that a shower bath combo was "sold to someone else already" even though there were about 20 of them out there. I comprimised after having driven all the way there, and purchased two tubs showers and multiple plumbing supplies. Was then offered no assistance in loading them or instructions on what works for packing them. They then fell off the truck on I 84. part o that was my fault, but only one small part of the shower fell off and broke. I went back to buy that part, but was told that I had to buy the entire shower again. There was no remorse for having no one to assist me in loading, or to tell me the best way to pack them on a trailer. Partly my fault, but the lack of customer service or concern seemed horrible to me. I had to buy the entire shower again, they gave it to me at cost. If I didn't have a whole day into it 7 plus hours, and a plumber waiting for the install, I would have brought everything back. No respect or service from this store, I'll never go back.

The job ended up taking a while to finish due to a backordered part, but NW Tub & Shower didn't charge me until the work was finished. We just bought a new/old house outside Clackamas that was stuck in the 80's. Tim came out and accessed our project and the main issues that needed to be addressed right away. Our home inspector had discovered that the water damage noted in the basement was coming from poorly grouted tile in our bath and every time we showered water was running down our wall. We knew when bought the home we would need to attack the bath right away and Tim's professional, cost conscious suggestions made us feel we were in good hands. Communication was great, he was on the job and answered all of our questions. We decided to do more work than what we initially intended to do and he referred us to a great plumber who was just as professional as Sun West. Sun West demo'd walls, moved a doorway and window and totally re did all the tile and trim in the bath. We were very pleased and love our new bath!!!!! When we are ready for the next phase of our project we will be calling them again.
