This place was highly recommended to her by a pretty reliable contractor, so we gave this place a shot. Employees were friendly and helpful- we were early for our appointment and we were invited to browse the showroom while we waited. This place has got some fantastic stuff ranging from super pricey to a more realistic price. We were super impressed with how knowledgable the staff was about their fixtures- I felt bad for the gal who was working with us as my mother asked for specifics of like 5 different sinks. We got a ton of great info and my mother solidified her choice for pretty much everything.

Terrible experience with Dreamline in our kitchen remodel. We knew what we wanted, and they showed…read moreus a sample board of what our cabinets would look like. When they installed them, they were nowhere near the color/look promised. They did an oil treatment after the fact to get the look, and while darker than what we wanted, some of the cabinets looked good....a bookcase and 2 drawer faces looked horrible. They re-did the bookcase, and it looked worse. They re-did it again and its ok, but is even darker than everything else...so the island was redone to match to bookcase. Turns out, they never compared to the rest of the cabinets (the ones that are good)...so now the island doesn't match the main cabinets. They took one of the upper cabinet doors that looks great, to use as a guide to re-do the island facings and the 2 drawer faces...and when they returned, not only did they not match the sample door, they are not even close. The rep even admitted they looked terrible (so much for quality control). Everything is installed around the cabinets...and clearly this company is not able to get the cabinets to look right. Absolute nightmare scenario unfolding thanks to Dreamline. Insult to injury...the cabinet layout that they designed, after reviewing the appliances we were getting, include a "lazy susan" corner that is completely non-functional because they didn't realize that oven doors have handles....so now we have a perfectly designed dead space. Meanwhile in our master bathroom, they installed a major bank of cabinets crooked and apparently just hoped we wouldn't notice. When we did, the initial comment was that it was drywalled crooked by the contractor (again, why not mention it to us or the contractor??)...and now they're here trying to correct it. 0/5 do not recommend. We 100% regret using them.

Bedrosians has a spectacular selection of tile and stone, with good service when you are BUYING…read more But you better hope there are no issues with your $18,000 quartzite because Bedrosian's will abandon you faster than you can say "Customer Service Please." We've purchased and installed 3 other quartzite countertops and never had a problem. This is the first time we ordered from Bedrosians and it was an unmitigated disaster. The stone immediately absorbed everything: water, oil, soap . . . Spots and streaks appeared everywhere within the first 2 days of use. For the record, we have used the same installer and sealer, A-Tech, for years and this has never happened. Yet Bedrosians first blamed A-Tech, then sent a guy out from the warranty department to try some Poultice Plus to remove the stains. This made the stains worse. Then they told us that they would "submit the pictures and information to their warranty department" which would take about 10 days. 18 days later, they sent a form letter with nothing but disclaimers, taking no responsibility for a flawed stone from a quarry with lousy quality control. Finally they again blamed A-Tech. We are disgusted by the way we were treated by this company after they sold us a bad product. We are considering litigation. We highly recommend shopping for your countertop elsewhere.

They had a sufficient variety of materials in color/pattern, height/pile, fiber type, etc. This project was not a time when I was going bold or pricey, so we ended up with a simple warm neutral tone. I would come back for future carpet projects or other needs!
