We found several knobs that could not be matched with pulls. After a couple of misses, Helen jumped in and gave us direction. She went to her computer database and found us some options. She walked us through the store to give us examples of pulls to choose between. Did I mention, this wasn't her responsibility at the time? The front counter person assigned someone to come see us however that person dragged/lagged or went to see a movie and Helen jumped in to make sure we had a pleasant shopping experience. Nothing is cheap here, literally or figuratively. Everything is super well-made, but very pricey. My kid saw a pizza platter here for $20 that she purchased the day before at HomeGoods for $4.99. The exact same item. That said, this place carries a lot of brands and items that you cannot find elsewhere, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about their product lines. I liked their selection of retro wall clocks in a rainbow of colors, each for about $50 (I thought that was reasonable). Also, note that their sale prices on items are excellent deals. Lenny was very helpful, and the only one able to get me an appt for a diagnostic the next day. Michael came out and was awesome! I explained that I turned on a burner, heard a pop and stove died. I had turned off the outlet at the breaker and when Michael flipped it back on the stove came to life. So embarrassing.. still he checked all connections and wiring plus the temperature regulator to make sure everything was in working order. It all checked out and assured me that nothing was going to blow up on me which made me happy since I host Christmas and had Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas day meals to make. No more issues so far. Cost for tech to come out was $130 , if repairs needed,that is used toward repair cost. Definitely will use them again if needed and refer them to friends. I also had some snafus (all my fault--like ordering the wrong size hood and changing my mind about the custom oven I bought). Throughout all of this, Smiley was unfailingly kind and professional.
