So far so good with the cabinets we ordered here. All hardware was accounted for so far. Had to watch the lazy susan assembly while doing it but came out fine. Secret is take your time, make sure drill is on lowest setting,. and enjoy the assembly. If you use glue make sure not to make a mistake ! I was nervous about coming here because of poor experiences with other contractors and some of the other reviews, but decided to check it out after I couldn't get any contractors to call me back and Lowe's kept pushing back their Measurement date (was supposed to be first week of October, then November, then January). When I came to C2G they said they were about 2 weeks out. I was able to get the company they contract with on installations out that same week for a measurement. Steve at C2G was helpful and patient through the design process. He was responsive to my questions and returned my calls quickly Cabinets were delivered about 2 weeks after payment, as they stated, and they were installed a week later. I was very happy with the turnaround time, the quality of the cabinets, and the installation. My only complaint was that there was some pressure to complete payment by a certain date to take advantage of a sale they had going on and was told there was no wiggle room in that. I found out later that a new sale started the very next day that likely would have saved me a bit of money, so it would have been nice if they had been more up front about that. I would not recommend this company to anyone. DON'T sign anything with this company because their policies are not consumer friendly. Read all of the fine print of their Terms and Conditions before signing anything... I'm being charged a 25% restocking fee for returning cabinets that were the wrong size. My measurements were correct but the designer did not apply them correctly.. thus receiving cabinets that don't fit! I'm not responsible for checking their work...I supplied numbers that were triple checked to be accurate by my contractor. But management just keeps telling me that I signed the Terms and Conditions... so...they are correct and I am wrong. I even brought the paperwork to show the error and the answer was still that they are correct and I am wrong. Wow! read more

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Ww spent over $17,000 on flooring and shoddy cabinets! We didn't receive 1/3 of our order, received extra duplicate cabinets, what was supposed to be a 2 week delivery turned into 2 months of us begging and pleading for our order! First we were told the cabinets were made in Tennessee l, (lie #1) they were made in Cambodia. They came with bare spots with the cheap plywood showing. We never received out lazy susan's, missing shelves, missing hardware just for starters. Their man who took our measurements for the cabinets and flooring was so off it was unbelievable ($300 for him). When I went to complain (several times) to Nicole (horrible person to deal with) she told me since I didn't use "her installer" we were "not entitled" to a full order! I have sent emails back and forth to Tennessee was told everything we were missing would be here in 2 weeks (that seems to be the magic number for them) that was 3 months ago! We have contacted an attorney and we're taking it from here. We have been so ripped off that it has literally made my husband sick! I see other posts about people pay $4500 and not happy, I wish that was all we lost. Had to hire a cabinet maker ($3945) to try to rectify this disaster! Anyone else that has been wronged by this company should get together to file a class action lawsuit! And these aren't all the pictures either. read more

DO NOT USE. We ordered cupboards in the beginning of April and received the 1st shipment within a couple weeks. 3 of the cupboards had cracked faceplates and many cupboards had faulty camlocks. We reported the damaged product and after 2 weeks, they still could not tell us when we might get replacements. Steve, the store manager said this is "rare" and it only happens about "once a month". That is NOT what I consider rare. I called daily to check the status and after a month, we finally received the 2nd shipment... with another broken faceplate! 3rd order, 2 weeks later... broken. 4th order... broken. Finally, in mid July we received the 5th shipment. The cupboard was still damaged, but it was minor and we could hide it so we opted not to wait for another damaged cupboard so we could move forward with finishing our cupboard installation after 3+ months. Steve, was very dismissive through the entire process and sent an email to customer care with comments like "I hope I survive", "he's the calm one" as if I was unreasonably upset by the poor response to THEIR MULTIPLE damaged products and replacement process. Customer service was not helpful and you cannot speak to anyone in management... they refuse (store level and customer care). I am still going back and forth with the company on Better business bureau because I think it's appropriate to get some money returned for the damaged cupboard and unreasonable delays in providing undamaged product. Originally, we were also going to use their installer, but the cost was thousands more than initially stated and after he came out to measure, his measurements were wrong and they tried to change the size of multiple cupboards, which would not have fit. We also believe that the installer would have likely just covered up the cracked faceplates, rather than reporting and replacing. Overall, it was an awful experience working with Cabinets to go. We highly recommend looking at reviews on google and better business bureau as well. One customer reports ordering their cupboards in spring/summer and didn't receive final product until December! read more

Do yourself a big favor and go anywhere else. This was my first home project hiring professionals to help. I purchased in May, 2020, kitchen cabinets, flooring and opted for installation. I also paid $99 for a professional measurement for the project to ensure proper fit of all the components, which a man named Greg Allen performed. Payment was due in full at time of order in order to get on the schedule for installation. Since this was the start of the pandemic and I had just moved into a fixer with the kitchen demo'd, I paid the $15,669.83 in full for materials and labor in good faith. Cabinets-to-Go did not give a choice of contractors for installation, and Clackamas store manager Brandi "Nichole" Davidson contracted with ECO Inc (CCB #62267) for installation and Greg Allen acted as ECO's rep. ECO Inc then appeared to subcontract with Anglemier Construction (CCB #223394) for cabinet installation, and Project X (CCB #211659) for flooring installation. I wasn't informed of any of the company names or CCB numbers until well after work began, and problems started to be apparent. All defects were communicated as soon as observed in writing to Cabinets-to-Go. To date there has been no action to correct any defect or damage caused. Last communication about a replacement drawer face that was incorrectly drilled was received in January, 2021, giving the excuse of supply chain issues. I have since received estimates for fixing all the defects mentioned in the $15,000 range. I have also contacted a number of attorneys to help file suit to pay for the repairs, but it appears that the Cabinets-to-Go has found a sweet spot for construction projects. The attorneys I have spoken to who specialize in construction defects have told me they are not interested in taking construction defect cases less than $100,000. I entered a breach of contract complaint with the Oregon CCB against Cabinet-to-Go. I was not contracted with any of the parties Cabinets-to-Go hired, so this was my only recourse. The Oregon CCB found Cabinets-to-Go as acting as a general contractor without a license and subsequently fined them $5,000. On cabinet installation day, June-11, 2020, Anglemier Construction discovered some of the cabinets would overlap an existing light switch, despite the professional measurement that was performed before ordering material. When Anglemier called Greg Allen on speaker phone to notify of the fitment issue, direction from Mr. Allen was to proceed with installing the incorrect cabinet length. I ended up stopping the work that day without installing the wrong cabinet section, and had to pay a restocking fee to exchange material for the correct cabinet section which would be installed at a later date. I later discovered that Anglemier had removed my existing range hood vent ductwork and left a hole in the ceiling above the cabinets to the attic and pieces disassembled in the attic. Anglemier also cut floor vent holes between cabinet sections for an existing under cabinet HVAC floor vent, which has resulted in the vent only heating and cooling the space under (2) cabinet sections. There was no communication about either of these actions or that additional work was required to maintain a functioning range hood vent & floor vent. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed the next day, June-12, 2020. There was apparently no prep work to properly level the subfloor nor was there any communication from any of the contractors about the need for extra work to properly level the subfloor. The result is planks that deflect vertically when walking across the floor, the photos below show that the deflection has caused unsightly chipping of some of the vinyl planks. Greg Allen and Anglemier Construction returned on June-19, 2020, to fix vertical misalignment between multiple cabinet sections they previously installed to facilitate installation of quartz countertop by another party. The misalignment was too far out of tolerance to install the countertops. During this visit Greg Allen walked into an open lower cabinet door. I immediately checked the door, and misalignment was apparent. After bringing the broken door to Greg Allen's attention he smiled, admitted he broke it, refused to fix the damage, and said "if that's all it takes to break your cabinets you may as well send them all back now." The correct sized cabinet section arrived, and installation of the final cabinet section was performed on July-13, 2020. Greg Allen and Alex with Anglemier Construction were there that day. In addition to the cabinet installation, Alex took it upon himself with no communication to install door knobs and drawer pulls on the cabinets. Knobs and pulls were not part of the installation as I had purchased them separately, and planned to install myself. Unfortunately, not all of my drawer pulls are the same width, and Alex drilled extra holes in 1 of my brand new drawers. Hopefully my experience can be a valuable lesson learned for someone else. read more

First the cabinets arrive in a bunch pieces that with terrible instructions. 10 minutes per cabinet. Complete lies. Try 1.5 hours per cabinet. Minimum. Oh well, not much you can do now. But wait, there's more. Kitchen nightmare continues.... Cabinets arrived in boxes barely together. A couple pieces were scratched and dented. But that's why we have paint and putty. Right? A cabinet was completely damaged and unusable; nothing lined up so it could be put together. Filled out form to get the replacement. They sent the wrong replacement cabinet. Their response, can you just make it work? F*** NO! I can't just make it work. I want what I paid for. We are now 2 weeks behind on the project and they can't tell me when I will be getting the actual functioning cabinet I paid for. No customer service, nothing. read more

This place is awful. I wish I could give them 0 stars. They are completely unprofessional and rude. They discriminated against me because of my race. I've never encountered such openly racist people. I was so offended by their discrimination. The gentleman was polite but the red haired lady should be sued for discrimination. Plus, They have no idea about what products they have or how to install or dimensions of standard kitchens. You can have much better service at a box store like Lowe's or Home Depot. Lowe's or Home Depot have much better quality products... and they won't discriminate against you. This place is a total nightmare. Worse experience ever, as far as customer care goes... First - order was delayed due to weather (understandable). Second - all accessories ( transition pieces, stair nose and trim) were the wrong color Third- They made me bring the accessories to the store before the initiated the exchange. Forth - The accessories took 5 weeks to get to me. due to that, my stairs were not done for more than a month. Fifth - Their communication is horrible, for weeks at a time the never provided any tracking information and not responses to me emails about my orders. Even though my house could not be done for more than 5 weeks, they denied any compensation for the inconvenience and they decided to ignore all of my email. One of my worst experiences ever!!!! It started of good....salesman seemed to be interested in what we wanted, but all downhill after that. INSTALLATION DAY: Installer showed up (one person) and informed us that he doesn't go up above the ceiling to secure cabinets. Lucky for us, we had a person visiting that would. Carrying the cabinets into the house, well that was done by the installer and my husband (disabled veteran/SS disabled) because the installer couldn't do by himself. Holding the upper cabinets in place to be secured, well, needed my husband to do that, too. Several times, we caught the installer peeing along the side of our house (residential neighborhood). We told him to please use our bathroom....no good, still peed outside. Our finished product looks terrible and we had lots of paid for material left over. I would check out other suppliers before ever using Cabinets to Go. In my opinion, this is a business to stay away from. read more

When I work on a project, I always plan ahead. I purchased over $4500.00 of cabinets from here, during the sales process the person put in several "Accessories" to the order. I mentioned that one of the accessories I may not need because of the way my dishwasher was currently situated, and it would not be moving. I was given the old sales pitch of "oh, if you dont need it, you can always return it" What I was not told was, if you dont return it in 4 weeks, then you are stuck with it. As I mentioned, I plan way in advance. We finally finished the kitchen remodel about 3 months after the "30 Day Return Period" and as it is with any type of project, you are left with things you do not need...this accessory was no exception. I requested a refund, and was flat out refused by the manager. The manager stated, they have no control over the company policies and insisted that its not possible to return at the store level. And pointed me to the contract I signed. The package is unopened, and unused. What am I to do with it now? Throw it away ? Do they expect for me to resell it? I tried calling customer service to get an exception, and customer service never answered the voicemail message I left them a couple weeks ago. Because of this, I decided I was going to return the accessories I purchased recently, and then I got a swift kick in the rear with a Restocking fee of 10.00. To be honest, it was the straw that broke the camels back at this point. 1st, Policies are really put in place for people who abuse refund policies. 2nd, Store Managers should have the discretion to discern bad intentions and make reasonable decisions. These managers have zero ability to think as a Manager because they have been stripped the privilege to satisfy customers at the store level. read more
