It was a very easy fix but he took the time to explain what happened and showed me how to fix it easily. He was kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the service. I realized quickly after pulling off about 10 tiles in an hour of work that I was going to need…read morehelp on my kitchen re-tiling project. We contacted these guys at like 6 pm on a Friday, the job was done by 11am on Monday. Leo texted back requesting photos for a quote within about an hour. We sent photos at about 830 pm. At 11pm he gave us the estimate and said he could be out by 1pm the next day. Sure enough, they showed up on time and got to demo work. Our kitchen took 2 days. A half day of demo (they basically took the entire plaster wall out and replaced with a tile board which seems way more effective than patching as I had planned), a day of tile placement, and ~3 hours to grout on the last day. All we had to do was provide the tile (which we had snagged at a discount from Pratt + Larson outlet) , grout (from Lowe's), and tell them how we wanted it placed (we wanted the stacked look instead of the typical offset). Very happy with the result, the price seemed very reasonable, and the communication was just fine. I plan to call them again when I'm ready to tile up my fireplace.

It is a beautiful stone and notoriously difficult to work with because of its hardness. It requires a very skillful fabricator and that's exactly what I got. They handled it with absolute precision, almost invisible seams and they ensured the seam placement was discreet and away from high visibility areas. The project involved using my existing cherry cabinets, adding a white subway tile backsplash and the Quartzite countertop, a new sink and faucet. I was impressed with the scheduling of the different trades that kept the project running smoothly and on time. They took great care to protect my floor and cabinets. The entire crew worked well together and all were polite, quality people that made me so happy that I chose this company. And a huge bonus that they are a family owned small business! We moved into a fixer house in the middle of the woods. We had intended on updating everything…read moreovertime.... Plans don't always work out like you hope!!! less than a week after we moved in, while replacing the old crappy dishwasher we discovered a leak. long story short- the under layer of flooring testing positive for asbestos, and that entire half of the main level including the kitchen needed to be gutted!! One week in, and we have no kitchen (the only room that was unpacked) no counters, no sink, no nothing!!! And NO PLAN as to how to put it back together!!! That started the remodel from HELL !! Seriously, we went an entire year without being able to cook in our home!. We even used a different contractor for each job, each of which came recommended. But we still had contractors lie to us, threaten to sue if we didn't pay the second half (even though the job was done improperly, and we simply asked for it to be fixed prior to final payment), people flat out ignoring our requests, the flooring installer gouging our not even yet finished floor by dragging our fridge across it, contractors cutting our granite wrong, improperly doing the electrical, and taking 3 days to install the downdraft range and CHARGING US for each trip to home depot because they bought the wrong stuff, or didn't come prepared!!! DREAMLINE was the only glimmer of light in the whole process!!!! The cabinets were beyond beautiful and the EXACT color of the existing wood beams in the house. Roman was very patient as we played around with sizes of drawers and widened the pantry and waffled about glass front cabinets. Roman had a lot of good ideas and input while not pushing his agenda. He did CAD drawings so you could see the design before hand, which helps tremendously, and makes it easier to see changes! You can tell he cares about the customer, loves his job, and I trusted the company throughout the process (which is saying a lot!) A cabinet door got very slightly damaged during install, and I completely trusted him to replace it like he said he would. We also ordered base and window trim for the home as well, and he came all the way out (well over an hour away) to be sure we measured correctly, gave suggestions again, and even humored us when we requested one more piece for an area around that cabinets that doesn't sit flush with our crooked wall. There were some minor delays after the initial delivery of the cabinets. The lone replacement door sat forgotten in the warehouse for months until the trim delivery, when it finally hitched a ride. Apparently they were down a man, and had to deal with some crazy permit confusion, AND were building all the cabinets for STREET OF DREAMS! How cool for them!!! With all that going on, they didn't have much man power to get my order done very fast. But he was super sweet, and willing to take the time to apologize and explain. So It wasn't COMPLETELY perfect, but In all fairness compared to the other contractors we used they would get 10 STARS!!!!

Terrible experience with Dreamline in our kitchen remodel. We knew what we wanted, and they showed…read moreus a sample board of what our cabinets would look like. When they installed them, they were nowhere near the color/look promised. They did an oil treatment after the fact to get the look, and while darker than what we wanted, some of the cabinets looked good....a bookcase and 2 drawer faces looked horrible. They re-did the bookcase, and it looked worse. They re-did it again and its ok, but is even darker than everything else...so the island was redone to match to bookcase. Turns out, they never compared to the rest of the cabinets (the ones that are good)...so now the island doesn't match the main cabinets. They took one of the upper cabinet doors that looks great, to use as a guide to re-do the island facings and the 2 drawer faces...and when they returned, not only did they not match the sample door, they are not even close. The rep even admitted they looked terrible (so much for quality control). Everything is installed around the cabinets...and clearly this company is not able to get the cabinets to look right. Absolute nightmare scenario unfolding thanks to Dreamline. Insult to injury...the cabinet layout that they designed, after reviewing the appliances we were getting, include a "lazy susan" corner that is completely non-functional because they didn't realize that oven doors have handles....so now we have a perfectly designed dead space. Meanwhile in our master bathroom, they installed a major bank of cabinets crooked and apparently just hoped we wouldn't notice. When we did, the initial comment was that it was drywalled crooked by the contractor (again, why not mention it to us or the contractor??)...and now they're here trying to correct it. 0/5 do not recommend. We 100% regret using them.

It was so bad I just replaced the tub. They destroyed my tub by grinding g at it and then the finish they sprayed on was covered in dust nibs. My photos will show you all you need to see. They charged me $795 for this and gave zero explanation or apologies, they did say they would charge $450 more dollars to fix what they created , I was shocked at how terrible the work was and the customer service afterward was pathetic. I fired them and made them refund my money. I should have made them pay to replace my tub.
