I love all of the salespeople who work at the fixture gallery in Tigard, they were all super helpful! I worked primarily with Sierra, but due the size and scope of my project I literally had help from every salesperson in the gallery -- and believe me I needed help. They were great at solving my last minute problems, helping me if some item I had purchased wasnt going to work or getting a new set of plastic screws for my hansgrhoe shower regulator when my poor plumber accidentally cut them too short! They were patient with me when I would come in a rush, realizing I needed something I had forgotten to purchase -- they were all just super wonderful. The design advice was really stellar -- I just loved shopping there, everyone was such a delight and so helpful! I am sorry I am just going on and on but these guys are great. I highly recommend them I have nothing but high high praise for these folks!! If I can, Ill attach pictures of the beautiful things I bought here with this review.

The sink we liked would have to be special ordered and would not arrive in time for our project. Brian (I hope I remember his name correctly) was very helpful in that he located the same sink at another business where we would get it in time. We purchased the other items here and then went to their competitor to get the sink. We very much appreciate the effort he took to help us get what we needed and highly recommend their superb customer service.

Sam was super helpful in explaining our options and how it all worked. We needed to find a counter color that would be complementary to the existing breakfast bar and he used a photo we provided to find a really close sample in the store of the breakfast bar so we could use it to pick out the best option. Made the process of picking something out way easier and we really appreciated Sam proactively going the extra mile for that. Sam was clearly knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy. We also worked with Dion and again, nothing but nice things to say. Dion helped take a lot of pressure off by contacting the contractor for us and handling that communication portion. He also found a less expensive option that was the same color/pattern and saved us several hundred dollars. We'll update the review after installation, but so far, amazing experience! Friendly and knowledgeable staff that made the whole process hassle free. Thank you Sam and Dion!!

I called asking a question about removing a stain on my kitchen countertops. After describing the situation, the gentleman asked follow-up questions, and then carefully went over my options of tackling the stain so as not to make the stain worse, or cause irreparable damage to my quartz. Long story short, stain is now gone. I want to thank this gentleman (I believe his name is Sam) for taking time out of his busy day to help a homeowner who isn't even one of their clients. I definitely know who I'll go to in the future should I have any needs concerning my quartz countertops. Thanks again.

I then moved to the blanket/throw section, I left my cart at the end of the row, to which a different employee moved my cart out into the aisle and left it. I shopped some more and encountered more employees. At check out the cashier stopped once she was almost done and told me that she needed to rescan my entire transaction. I've always been a huge fan of Williams-Sonoma stores. I can't begin to tell you how many times…read moreI've visited their stores when I lived in the Seattle area for 25 years. I've gotten a TON of items there, and I've always loved to browse their shops, too, getting inspiration for cooking and dining decor and more. My daughter and I stumbled across this shop in the mall, as our eyes were caught by the most gorgeous display of deep red trays and dinnerware with dragons, celebrating the Year of the Dragon for the Chinese New Year. As with all their products, the prices were super steep but, boy, are their pieces stunning. Just stunning. As with all WS stores, this one carries all the usual kitchen gadgets, cooking and baking tools and foodstuffs, dining service ware and accessories, seasonal giftware, hand soaps and lotions, and gourmet ingredients. And the store lay-out is the same as the others, with their central counter and cash, sale and seasonal stuff in the back, appliances at the front, etc. Perhaps my memory is foggy, but I remember the after-holiday sales at WS being fantastic. (I used to get a lot of seasonal items for a steal after the bigger holidays). But when I checked out the sale on Christmas items in the back, I was a bit disappointed; the sale prices weren't great, and the selection was somewhat meager. (And not even one Hanukkah item, too. Strange). But, admittedly, again, my memory may be playing tricks with me on this. I will add that no-one greeted my daughter or me while we visited the store and, in fact, two women employees on two separate occasions during our visit were rather brusque as they passed me, moving or stocking various items, bringing them to the back. They made me feel as though I was in their way, when I was simply browsing the wall of kitchen tools and, later, the beautiful olive oils. We didn't exactly get the warm, fuzzy feeling of being welcomed in the store. (Perhaps we just caught the staff at a particular stocking time or something. I don't know). My kid and I didn't purchase anything during our visit, but we sure did appreciate the gorgeous plates and table linens and specialty foods and spices. This'd be a great place to get a hostess gift, or for a foodie friend. (They used to have samples of specialty foods and beverages at WS. Not sure if they do this anymore). Just don't expect to be embraced by the staff here; from what I gather, from other reviews, it's hit or miss, what type of reception you'll receive. But the product line is top-notch, there's no denying that.

My boyfriend even bought a coffee machine from this place and did not get the service that we have seen other customers receive. Recently we went in because we had a gift card - had it not been for that gift card we would not be in this store. We were in there for half an hour and had asked for help and were not helped at all. They simply gave a brief answer and walked off. We tried to get other worker's attention and they all kept helping people who came in after us. It really does give that they only help customers who look a certain way. We finally got help from a new employee who was not on the floor and got to make our purchase and leave. Will not be coming to this location again. Very rude and judgmental place.

Over a hundred years old. So it was no easy task. But they made it work and we are very happy. Because of it being so old some new plumbing had to be done. They were completely helpful with that. We had no idea who to contact and they gave us some ideas. We were able to contact and have the person come out in a matter of two days. We also were NOT taken to the cleaners on the price. This person had it done and ready for them to continue in a matter of a day. Everything was done in a matter of a week. I would recommend Jacuzzi highly. I am sorry for all the negative reviews I just know we were treated so well. Customer service was excellent to us. They were right on top of everything. Now the salesman was another thing.... We missed a full day of work. When we tried to reach out to the project manager no one was available and she never returned our calls. This is a 22K project. It is very disappointing. We still don't know what's going to happen. Do not recommend.
