This was honestly so disappointing. Keki is a Vietnamese-owned cafe that offers Vietnamese coffee and matcha. I ordered the pistachio pudding matcha, early grey matcha, and strawberry matcha. My total came out to be $26.53... and it wasn't worth it. I hate to say that I didn't like any of the drinks. They seem to be all watered down and tasted nutty (not just the pistachio pudding one, it was all of them. I ordered all with whole milk.) They were slightly sweet, but not in a good way, and probably because the drinks weren't good in general. They did make the drinks pretty fast. My rating would probably be lower :( but to be fair, they're known for their japanese cheesecakes, and I didn't get to try that. The cafe is very clean and is a cute place to study at.

I've been meaning to try this place and was fortunately in the area. Matcha prices are rising but the $7-8 i spent here was so worth it. Usually, I'd save the money and make my own at home since I'm a bit bit picky with how my matcha tastes, but here, it is bold and not completely masked by the milk. They also hand whisk their matcha so you know it's fr. Took about 10 mins! Not pictured was their iced coffee drink and cream puffs, which were equally as good. There's only 2 places I'd go for matcha in Dallas and this is one of them!

Very small matcha shop with QUALITY matcha. Very balanced drinks and a huge menu to choose from. I tried the pandan and strawberry matcha. I'd go here more often if it wasn't so far. 10/10 recommend.

I got to try them again at an Asian festival, and this time I got the Coco Pandan Matcha. Honestly my opinion on Keki is still the same: their matcha is not my favorite. The foam was so bland, I couldn't taste much pandan nor coconut. The matcha was mediocre as well, and the milk still overpowered the drink. They gave you a lot of ice so the drink gets watered down very quickly. I probably won't get their drinks ever again since they are pretty pricey and have no taste.

Hands down one of the best matchas in DFW!! The inside is so cute. The cafe is on the smaller side, so space can get crowded. There is some parking but can be tricky to find available spots during peak hours. The matcha color and flavor are both vibrant and strong. You can definitely taste the quality of the matcha. I think my only nitpick is that it doesn't seem like their syrups/fruit purees are homemade, but I understand that introduced food handling/safety and logistical complexities, and I still enjoyed my drinks very much regardless. The Japanese cheesecakes here are SOO good. I tried to restrain myself, but I couldn't help myself. I think about the cheesecake more often than I'd like to admit. I'd also happily buy the cheesecake for a loved one's birthday. 100% would recommend you come here, and I recommend this place every time someone asks me what are the best matcha places in DFW

One of the best options for matcha in DFW. I really like their earl grey matcha. I think the earl grey doesn't outshine the matcha and it isn't too sweet either. Good ceremonial grade matcha use and cute cafe vibes. Would recommend trying it out!

The matcha they source here is slightly astringent and not super strong. Sometimes it can be hard to taste the matcha in their flavored drinks. I've gotten the black sesame matcha and banana pudding matcha. The cheesecakes are not bad but can be hit or miss in consistency Overall I would not go out of my way for this place, and it definitely does not make my top matcha places in Dallas I think what's also annoying is that they don't fill your cup all the way if you ask for less ice. I didn't ask for less ice, but the cup has so much ice. More than any iced drink I've gotten. At least don't add so much ice that it hinders mixing the drink around with a straw. Also seating is kind of limited so keep that in mind if you have large parties Overall this place is overpriced, not bad but not sure I'll be back.

Keki is one of the better matcha places in DFW. The matcha is smooth and not grainy like a lot of other places. The cheesecake snacks were ok, it's not why I've given Keki a high rating. It's all about the drinks. They also have some special flavors that are not listed on the main menu, you have to go to the shop to find out. The shop itself is nice with places to sit to enjoy your drinks and snacks.

So happy to have Keki in the Sachse community! The staff was very attentive and nice! We tried the pandan cheesecake and strawberry matcha, and both were amazing. The pandan cheesecake was soft, creamy, fluffy, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The matcha had a bold, earthy flavor that I really enjoyed, especially paired with the strawberry. It's such a cozy spot for coffee and dessert, and I love having a place like this close to home. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

ORDER Cloud Roast Oolong - the cream on top is a little bit salty which is good contrast to the tea flavor. The tea has a nice roasted flavor to it, and it's very light and easy to drink. Keki Foam Matcha - the phone has a cheesy taste to it and the matcha pretty well dissolve. It has a more earthy flavor to it with the oat milk. I got it less sweet which I think is the perfect amount. Earl Grey Matcha - strong Earl grey flavor, but not too overpowering. Good balance between the syrup and the matcha. We got less sweet and it's still a bit sweet so definitely recommend less sweet. Very fresh taste (if you think Matcha taste like grass, this taste like fresh grass) Japanese Cheesecake - not as wobbly as I would've hoped, but still pretty good. It's very soft and creamy. The place has a wooden aesthetic with wooden chairs and walls that have wood on them. They have cute little decor up near the countertop and lots of orchids. The place has an overall minimalistic vibe and there's one table outside with five chairs. Every table has outlets, so great place to study and it's decently quiet. SERVICE we use a self order kiosk, so not too much to comment about the service. When the person gave us our order, he was really nice and gave us extra napkins and forks.

I tried their matcha float and was a little put off by the color of the ice cream compared to the matcha itself. The drink ended up being pretty decent but nothing crazy. I did like that this cafe is one of the few that do a matcha float for when you want more of a dessert drink! They also specialize in soufflé cheesecakes and cold foam drinks which I will have to try in the future. The interior is fairly small, with a few tables and chairs inside. I do not recommend this place for a big group but for a quick meetup with a friend I think it's great. Keki is located in a small plaza with a hidden parking lot near a Starbucks and another coffee shop. There is ample parking and it is a nice and quiet area with not much foot traffic. Overall, this is a nice place to stop by if you are in the area but not a place I would drive out of my way from another city to go to.

A family member picked it up so I can't personally comment much on the service or ambiance but the person didn't have any complaints. I LOVEEEE KEKI!!! Hands down best matcha spot in the metroplex that I've tried. I'm obsessed. Everything is good. The matcha quality is exactly what I've been looking for. I could weep. I tried hojicha for the first time here today (forgot to take a pic though) and it was fab. I got it with their earl gray syrup and I just loved it. Sometimes when a syrup has a delicate flavor like earl gray it will just taste vaguely of what it's supposed to and sugary water but theirs was full bodied and delicious. I've never had a bad drink here. Even when it's very busy the drinks come out quick and never a drop in quality. They're always sweet here too. If you like a creamy beverage I cannot recommend enough their crème brûlée matcha. It's just... perfect. I can't stop thinking about it. Pleaseeeee matcha lovers go here. read more

Love love love this place!!! So happy to have it close to home as well. The drinks are delicious and the owner is so sweet!!! My mom and I tried the Creme Phinco and the Keki Matcha. Both were so good!!! I'd have to say the Creme Phinco is my favorite especially with the coffee jelly If there was anything I'd change it would be to have a large option because I'm basically done with my drink by the time I get home and when I put less ice I notice my drink isn't to the top of the cup...at $7 a cup I would like my drink to be full. That's why I choose less ice is to get more of the drink and not have the cup be majority ice. Maybe that's just me. But either way I highly recommend this place!! read more

Never a good thing when I review on yelp. I have a track record of businesses closing within 3 months after my review. I support small businesses and i give constructive criticism because I eat out a lot, local and international. The recent pop up in Concept house is a fail. That's like a desperate Hail Mary to boost more sales because current bad location in Sachse has no foot traffic. Social media is filled with people from the jewelry pop up in the same room. $8 for a small 1/6 slice of cheesecake leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. $8+ for drinks when you are not even a Matcha specialty cafe. I paid regardless because I support small businesses, but will not return. 1. If you want a pop up in North Dallas suburbs , collaborate with boba tea or new stores around the Asian area on Preston and 121, at LOW prices. Pop ups are to promote and you should have a marketing budget to take a small LOSS or Breakeven. Not gouge the customer. The goal is to promote, not to make money. 2. Be more professional. Majority of offerings are not available on the second day of the pop up. Asking customers to pay $8 for a small slice of cake taken out of an ice box is borderline parking lot drug sale. What's the point of marketing then ? 3. Uncle Tetsu in Houston and Austin is eyeing Dallas. What's your advantage to survive and compete since you are here first ? The staff seems eager and energetic. Food quality is ok but nothing that special to make any kind of special drive. read more

i'm always left satisfied every time i come! service is great, staff is so friendly, greeting me with smiles and kindness! the interior decor is very pretty, but seating is limited. i've tried multiple different matcha lattes, the hojicha, the pandan cheesecake, and i've even gotten to sample the chocolate basque cheesecake. my favorite drink i've tried is the creme brûlée matcha‍ all i have to say about this spot is YUM 10/10 read more

Such a cute and vibey place! It's so small and there's not a lot of seating (which was very inconvenient considering how busy the place has been getting lol). I ordered two of the original Japanese Basque Cake bites and a full sized Pandan Cheesecake. They were SO good, but I only suggest purchasing sparingly. I believe the pricing can be better. $35 for a medium sized cheesecake can be debatable, but it was delicious. Both original and pandan flavors were fluffy and not dry which I appreciate. The matchas here were okay, I think I'm biased because I purchased the Tiramisu Matcha and I didn't like it very much. It was way too bitter. But I've heard from friends who have become obsessed with the place order the sesame or original Keki matcha. It's worth a try! read more

This place this really good!! However, the only thing is that they give SO much ice. I used to be a barista and the ice in this cup is literally all the way to the bottom. Even if you ask for less ice/ no ice it will always be the same amount of drink. I understand that changing the ice level would change the proportions of creating the drink however the amount of ice consistently too much!!! The drink is really good but if I'm paying 8$ for a drink I don't want my drink to be 1/3 full. The flavors are good which is why i keep coming back but there are more matcha spots around the area with the same quality but better quantity. read more

Ordered a hot latte with ube foam but was told that the foam is always cold. The whole cup of coffee was lukewarm at best and when they offered to steam it, the coffee came back warm but the foam was all gone. Not worth $7.50. read more

super cute new matcha place in the suburbs of dallas! matcha has a strong flavor without being bitter. went at 11:15 ish but they were already out of strawberry matcha and a couple other items on the menu which was unfortunate but understandable as they are new. staff is friendly and ambiance is nice. read more

But every time I went during their posted business hours, they were closed. And i went 3 different days and times. Honestly have no idea how they run a business. This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable. I regret trusting them with such a special occasion. Save yourself the frustration--go somewhere else.
