Since this is a place I normally pickup deliveries for, I had to try their cakes to see what all the hype was about... It's now become one of our favorite cakes when we want some dessert! The flavors on these cakes are so good, and all the different kinds are delicious! Their decorations are great too. Staff is always so nice & helpful as well! read more

I ordered 60 for a special teacher appreciation treat in assorted flavors. The teachers were thrilled and the 4 little girls that helped pass them out also got one. These little girls are all recent refugees and have never had a NBC. They were SO impressed! It was a special day for them and their teachers! These cakes make people happy. They taste great. The Murphy location is clean, efficient and friendly! read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes - Getting ready to hand out the NBCs! - Bakeries Near Me - Murphy, Texas

This is simply for the delivery experience at this location. What would've made this a five star review is the website confirmations once an order is placed and delivered. There was no notification once I placed my order that the person I was sending it to received it. When I called the store, one of the employees seemed to be annoyed with me asking if my delivery was confirmed. I had to speak with the manager who apparently only saw the order went through via their back way system. I appreciate the cakes making it to the destination on time but the operations side needs some work and kinder customer service. Hope this helps the team make some changes. read more

Everything about this place is wonderful. The customer service and the cakes are amazing.

Yelp 100 - #23 March 24, 2023 Nothing Bundt Cake never disappoints. I came to this location during my lunch break and was able to be in and out within 15 minutes. The women at the register was very helpful. I ordered a two confetti and one was placed in a decorative bag with a birthday popper, two oreo cream and one strawberry cream. Their oreo is a new flavor so it is pretty popular but my favorite it the classic lemon, red velvet, or confetti. My cakes were delicious and I will be sure to return. read more

Really disappointed with the service today. There was a lady waiting before I even got in. Took them 5mins just to get her online order. A young woman walked into the lobby, handed her the order, saw myself and another lady wait and then just walked away. We waited another 5mins and I had to yell just for someone to come out. Terrible. read more

Omg!!!! Love the bundtlets. So excited to have another option for Gluten FREE. Lemon Raspberry is my new favorite. My boys got red velvet and basically inhaled. Service was decent. They knew the products and welcomed you coming in. However, not the happiest to be working, must have been a rough day. The ambiance was nice as you entered and explored around. We will continue to support! read more

I am not a fan of eating cake. But I love these cakes. Their Cakes are made fresh daily. Every year my husband Blesses me with my favorite Birthday cake from here. No other cake makes my birthday feel so special. My husband made a mistake and brought home last year a cake from another company, I almost cried, I was so offended lol. This is my family tradition for our birthday cakes. read more

I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff is here! I came in looking for a gender reveal cake for my husband and I. This is our first baby and we wanted to something intimate for our gender reveal. The ladies at this store were WONDERFUL! I told them what I was looking for and explained that it is for my husband and I and that neither of us know, so I would have to show them the results from our blood test. These ladies went above and beyond. The swiped my card for me and threw away the receipt because it would have shown the color on both the payment screen and receipt. They were so kind and so excited for me. I even got the cake less than 15minutes later! On top of all that, the cake was delicious! It was a perfect evening spent at home and we are SO excited to welcome our baby girl into the world in 2024. read more

Ordered a cake online this morning ( at least 2 hours prior to pick up). Answered the question online about being served within 3 hours and use a box instead of the wrap. Got to the store, no cake. They gave me the one out of the display which was cold and was wrapped. Come on... 6/12/20 update I did as requested and enters this info into the nbc website a week ago. As of this afternoon, no reply. Silence. Oh well... read more

The location in Murphy is closest location. I am writing this because neighbors experienced what I did. When ordering the lady behind the counter was so rude to my daughter and I. I was shocked at her attitude. My neighbors had same issue and won't go back. It doesn't take much to be nice and pleasant. Hope this improves. read more

Very disorganized! Showed up to get bundtinis to take to a party and they were sold out. Ordered a decorated cake and they said it would take 10-15 minutes. 40 minutes later I'm still waiting while 3 other people that walked in to order last minute decorated cakes get their orders in 10-15 minutes. Told twice that they were working on it and would be any minute. Then came out and told me it was a miscommunication and they would offer a refund. At this point, I just needed to get out of there so i just took the sloppily decorated cake and got out of there. No refund given and super late to the party. Thanks NBC! read more

We are big fans of NBC, have been to this place many times.. but in the last couple visits noticed that the cakes we got are not fresh. The cake seemed to be dried out.. Hope that's an issue only on those 2 instances. Tried Red Velvet both times. If the quality is regressing it needs a fix for sure.. read more

NBC used to be awesome. Fresh cakes that were not refrigerated. But somewhere along the line someone decided this is what you should be doing. Now all the cakes taste gross, like cake that has been sitting in the refrigerator too long. The quality and taste has just plummeted and whenever someone brings them into the office or the last few time I have purchased on my own everyone sighs and remembers how much better you used to be. Also, you got rid of the cinnamon Bundt cake. That was the best one!! The ONLY reason I gave two stars is for the great staff in Murphy. They are always fast and friendly. Please stop the refrigeration. Can you imagine if Tiff's Treats stopped selling fresh cookies and put them in the refrigerator. It would kill sales and happy customers. read more

My cousin went here and picked me up a gluten-free chocolate chip Bundt cake! I wasn't sure what it would be like as I have never been to this place before but I appreciated the sentiment. However, it was so SCRUMPTIOUS. I essentially devoured the whole thing in a few seconds. So yummy and rich. The frosting was delicious. I want more!! read more

The cakes here a little expensive but so tasty... definitely worth it. Right now due to COVID, they are making sure not more than 3 customers are inside at the same time, with socially distant stickers o NBC ground for lines outside. I felt really safe here read more

I love NBC but lately this location has used less & less frosting on their bundlets. That's the best part & doesn't taste the same without the thick frosting they are known for. read more

There are few things in this world that make my husband act like a crazy fool. A nice steak is one and apparently a bundtlet is the other. After receiving one of these delicious pieces of heaven for my birthday, I wanted to share the goodness with him. He couldn't care any less about any food unless it's steak so he literally whined about having to take me. After picking out the flavor he didn't want, we grabbed forks, which he thought was ridiculous, and headed to the car. One yummy bite and he was hooked. He's now an addict. I think he may crave them even more than I do! For someone who doesn't like sweets and only ever wants meat and potatoes, this guy will do anything for a bundlet! Five Stars all the way. Always sweet yummy goodness no matter when we go and great flavors to choose from. We could use one of these in Ohio!!! read more

Staff was very helpful, and the cakes are AWESOME. Very moist, great flavor, and the frosting (which I usually do not like) was very good and tasted surprisingly light. Thumbs up on all the flavors our group tried, everyone was raving :) We had the marble, carrot (no nuts or raisins) in the bundtlet size, which was perfect for a single person with a sweet tooth. And we also ordered a dozen bundtinis of four standard flavors (including lemon, chocolate and red velvet). It is a bit pricey (a dozen bundtinis were $18) but worth it for a specialized treat. They have various sizes depending on need--from bundtinis (which are a one or two bites) all the way up 10' cakes and tiered cakes. One star deduction because we initially were interested in getting a cake, but were quoted 30minutes to frost (no special frosting or lettering, just the their standard frosting). Also when we asked if we could choose a different combination of bundtini flavors for the dozen, any deviation from their standard would require another 30minutes. So, flavors are great, and I'll definitely be looking for their bundts in the future, but if you want to get something besides exactly what you see in the case, you might want to call ahead to save some time. read more

Wonderful service and beautiful and delicious cakes.A nice shop in Murphy Texas.polite and very clean store.Thank you

The staff is always accommodating and are 5-star professionals. The reason for the 3-stars is because the quality of the cakes are not near as good as they were in the past. The cakes used to be spectacular;however, now the cakes from WalMart are superior. Sad because we loved these cakes and were loyal customers. read more

Super moist, rich, and comforting cakes! I love getting the bundtlets as single-serving treats - My favorite is red velvet! Usually cream cheese frosting is sickeningly sweet, but these are a perfect balance with the rich red velvet. Staff is super friendly! I was eyeing the empty sample station, and the lady at the counter noticed and said, "Don't worry, I think samples are coming out soon!" Sure enough, mini lemon cakes with perfect dollops of frosting came out seconds later, which were the perfect pregame to my actual cake. :) read more

My first Yelp review and it's a 5! I ordered everything online and have only seen the shop from the outside but it's brand new so I'm sure it's great.
