Ordering was a breeze and these turned out super cute and delicious! They were ready on time for pickup and my son loved them!

Needed a last minute order, Andy and Jenny made it happen. They did a fantastic job, on time, and with smiles on their faces. My in-laws loved them. Will definitely come back!

Before a full day of training at work, I decided to surprise my coworkers with donuts, even though I'm not typically a fan of sweets in the morning. To my delight, my coworkers loved the donuts and praised their quality. Many asked the store where I purchased them, despite the distance from our workplace in Plano. Intrigued, I later tried the donuts myself and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were. Even my parents, who usually get their donuts elsewhere in Wylie, now prefer these. Whenever there's an event at work, be it a birthday or potluck, everyone requests that I bring donuts. I find myself purchasing donuts for work or my parents 1-2 times a month, and every visit to the store is met with exceptional customer service. The staff there is always cheerful, and the attention to detail in making the donuts is evident. The cleanliness of the store is also remarkable. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy delicious donuts. Also.. if you pay with a card they do not ask you for tip like many other places do. So if you do want to provide a tip to this small business please bring cash with you. read more

I have seen folks bring special donuts to the t-ball field in Wylie, but couldn't figure out where they got them. I looked online and could only find custom donuts in Dallas or Plano. I asked around and someone referred me here. I emailed them around 5 pm Friday asking for a 8 am Saturday pickup. I did not expect them to see the email in time to complete the order, but someone responded immediately and the donuts were ready when I got there Saturday morning. The donuts were adorable and the kids were so excited. I live in Murphy, but will drive to Wylie from here on to give this place all of my donut business. read more

I LOVE this place! They have made donuts for my kids' past 3 birthdays. The designs are SO fun and creative and my kids and their friends love them. I recommend ordering them at least a couple days in advance, and go into the store to order them so you can see pictures of examples on their wall for ideas. I happened to see a Pokémon design that my son loved. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Typically, when you're searching for something to eat for breakfast, donuts aren't the healthiest option, but with the case of Phami-ily donuts... it sure is worth a few extra pounds. It was absolutely delicious--light, airy, and perfectly fluffy. The Cronuts were phenomenal! The staff/owners are always so friendly and welcoming. The old-fashioned was my favorite of the bunch, nice and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a pleasant level of sweetness. The cake donuts were all right- soft and fairly moist. I prefer a crunchy exterior, but so it goes. I tried the glazed and cronut, both were solid. Most importantly, my son loved the Spider-Man donut. While it was a little pricy, it was totally worth it to see his smile when I opened up the donut box and showed it to him. Service was pleasant and friendly, and donuts were reasonably priced. My half dozen was $12.34 with tax. If you're in the neighborhood and thinking about donuts, this is a good stop.
