I've tried several different donut shops in Wylie, and this one by far has been my favorite! The donuts always taste super fresh and the couple who run it are friendly. read more

Came in on Saturday for a sweet craving. It looks like there's been 2 maybe 3 rounds of mgmt within the past year. I asked and these guys just took over in May so it's barely been a month! While I can't speak for the previous owners, I had such a positive experience with the new ones. The lady at the counter seems so sweet, and while you can tell English isn't her native language, she does everything to help you. Donuts tasted bomb and they had a pretty solid collection at 10am on a Saturday. There are a few tables and bar style seating but I prefer to just grab and go. Would make this a regular visit every time I'm in the area! read more

They never answer the phone for an order!! When asked about having an order done, they were rude, and started to hang up the phone up not understanding I'm trying to place an order. Unbelievable poor service! read more

This is my favorite donut shop I've ever been to. Whenever I come to visit my family in Texas, we make a trip every morning to this shop for the freshest, softest donuts ever. The couple that owns it are the sweetest people, and always give us donut holes for free when we place our larger orders. So friendly and great food. We will be back again next year!! read more

Hands down the best donuts in Wylie. They don't have a drive thru, so yes you have to get your lazy butt out of the car. Considering what your eating, that might not be a bad idea. They always gave me some free donut holes when I ordered a dozen or more donuts. They also hire local kids to run the counter on weekend mornings. A nice touch I thought. They always asked me if I wanted my kolache warmed in the microwave. I wouldn't eat one cold anywhere. best regards, lm read more

Donut Cravers has the "yummiest" donuts in Wylie! We order them for our patients at GANDY ORTHODONTICS and everyone always loves them. They are great at handling large orders over the phone, which makes it so convenient for us. We will definitely continue to go to them! Thank you, Donut Cravers! read more

I stopped into Donut Cravers just after 8:30 on a Saturday. I told the gal I was ordering half a dozen donuts. When I asked for "two of the chocolate iced ones" she grabbed the plain chocolate glazed. I said, "oh, I meant the other ones. With chocolate on top." She says, "You mean the double chocolate? I thought you said the glazed ones." "Sure!" Then she goes on to say, "You said the ones without icing." I smiled and said, "I actually asked for the ones with icing." When the gal rung me up, she looked was staring hard at the box. She rang up my 6 donuts, and it came to $5! I ordered one old fashioned, 2 double chocolate, one blueberry, one yeast raced with chocolate icing and a cinnamon sugar twist. I looked at her and said, "You mean half a dozen donuts costs $5?" She nodded her head yes. I said, "I could have purchased 6 more for another $1.50" ( the sign said a plain dozen was $6 and a chocolate dozen was $6.50) Then said. "Ya know what. It doesn't matter." I handed her a $5 and walked out. $5 for 6 donuts. If the twist was $1 (ridiculous) then they makes the other 5 come in at 80 cents a piece. What is this? Dunkin Donuts? If only the Donuts were half as good! The chocolate iced, I mean double chocolate, was crunchy! I knew I should have gone to the place around the corner on 544 and Springwell... read more

Donut Cravers - All this for $5?? Ridiculous! - Donuts Near Me - Wylie, Texas

This place is located in downtown wylie only minutes from my house, but i'd rather make the drive up the street to any of the other donut stores in wylie. I came in about 20 minutes after th eplace openned and wanted to test their kolaches. The bread tasted like it had been sitting out awhile and wasn't very warm, and nothing was given for free. Not that I wanted anything for free, but the donut plac eI used to go to before i moved into this area always gave free something. I'll just go down the street and enjoy the meal. read more

Noticed a change in the staff and found out about the new management. Doughnut quality about the same. They'll need to step up their customer service though if they want some stars back. read more

These are awesome donuts! I've bought tens of dozens to bring to my school for generosity & everyone loved them!

The service has been lacking, they are out of everything by 9, they assume you know what is what in the display case so your order ends up being wrong, would it be so hard to put a small sign by the pigs in a blanket noting jalapeno?? You should not have to assume they are! and they are so rushed they can't simply smile and say good morning. read more

Donut Cravers was recently taken over by new management and it shows. They barely greet you when you walk in the door, show no emotion and act like a bunch of robots just going through the motions. The donuts have gotten noticeably smaller compared to how the previous owners use to make them, and they have now shorted me twice by two donuts when I ask for a dozen donut holes; I know two donut holes is not that big of deal but it's the fact of the matter. The previous owners use to always throw in extra donut holes, I guess I just got use to being "spoiled." All-in all, I'm less than impressed with the new owners and desperately want the new owners to take over again. read more

The location is awesome, the staff are SUPER friendly, and the donuts (and other items) are superb. We come here every Saturday morning with the kiddos; highly recommend! read more

This is a great place to start your day. The Jalepeno dogs are amazing and the doughnuts are wonderful as well of course. :)

Best donuts in town regardless of the other reviews. Ive been going here once a week for months and have never had an issue.

I know there are a lot of good donut places around this area, but this is seriously the best donut place! I will drive all the way from Garland to come here. read more

Employees have terrible attitudes, but the donuts were great. The line was backed up to the door and during that time, I witnessed a tall male with blondish/red hair behind the counter drop a koloche on the floor (because it was too hot), but he decided to pick it up and set it on the prep counter. He then proceeded to continue packing donuts into a bag with the same glove he used to pick up the dirty kolache! This is also the same guy that yelled at his female co-worker in front of all the customers! When she heard him tell a customer they were out of kolaches, she poltely told him they had more in the back and that's when he yelled "Since when!?!". I hope that guy is not the owner... I also saw the female answer her cell phone while the customer in front of me was telling her him order.... Ridiculous. It's just donuts, but I can go somewhere else and get better customer service for the same price. read more
