Mediocre food. Maple Bacon donut was meh. breakfast burritos made me long for Whataburger. Croissant was nothing special. All of that would have been fine if the food had been delivered warm, instead of with a sticker that said "we don't deliver warm food. Here's instructions on how to warm it up." This review is not about the donuts themselves, they are fine, but about the atmosphere that I found disturbing. I took my granddaughter in so she could pick out a specially decorated donut that they do so well for kids. While we're waiting in line, there is music going in the background from employee or owner cell phone connected to a speaker which is intended for all to hear. It's rap music, ok so far, then the "F" bombs start dropping in the song. MOST INAPPROPRIATE for a family oriented business. I don't want to hear that, and she most definitely shouldn't! They were oblivious to what we were hearing until I said something. Since I complained they did turn it off. At least that. I hope they keep a closer eye on their playlist and keep it customer friendly going forward. This is a two strike offense for me and this is definitely strike one. This donut shop is right down the street from my house and I've tried3 donut shops across town in Richardson that are inferior. The ladies there are so nice and helpful and prices are great.
