First visit is also our last visit. We paid almost $50 (with tip, we tipped our waitress, she was fine, she doesn't set the prices or the menu restrictions) for breakfast for two adults, nothing fancy, some pancakes, 1 slice of french toast, 2 eggs and some bacon, 1 coffee. Extremely over priced for what you get. Also, they cannot accommodate a dietary restriction to remove onions from the home fries. You really need to offer with or without. Very disappointing in this place. We won't be back. read more

Very cute breakfast place located in the corner of the shopping center with all the construction going on. The inside is decorated nicely and it feels clean and well maintained. Prices are pretty reasonable and the best item we got was the stuffed french toast. Service was good and food arrived pretty quickly, we didn't have to wait super long. read more

My family loves Keke's. Whenever we take a road trip this is now one of our go to breakfast spots if available. There was no wait time and was seated immediately. The waitstaff and hostess were all very attentive and made sure everyone had what they needed. read more

Not a fan of this place at all....I think I was here in the past and never reviewed it...Usually that's a sign I didn't care for the restaurant...Well what a miserable breakfast I had....I went in starving wanting a good meal and totally didn't get it....Ingot scrambled eggs with cheese....The eggs weren't scrambled and the cheese melted on top had no flavor...The homefries had no onion so they brought out another plate for me....The homefries also were not crispy at all and lacked flavor...They were more mushy and they used those super strong onions that overtook the whole flavor...The whole meal wasnt even hot...It was lukewarm so I was rushing to eat it....The toast wasn't even toasted really...It was still soft....The only thing that was decent was the bacon...It was cooked perfect and had great flavor...The place was clean and the waitress was attentive...I was going to give 2 stars but since that meal cost $20 with no drink it's one star....Completely overpriced food and terrible cooking skills...No thanks I can go find a $13 breakfast somewhere else that's way better than this. read more

My husband and I came on Valentine's Day around 10am for brunch. The wait was very short, thought the restaurant was packed. Our server was very nice and checked on us several times. The food came out very quick and thought the restaurant was packed it was not loud. Also, you could hear someone in the kitchen giving orders, which was nice to know someone was running the kitchen (probably why the food was so fast) and it did not interrupt our meal at all. 10/10 will come again! read more

Each franchise is very well organized. Fast service, normally friendly and helpful servers. A bit pricey. Fresh fruit! Employee perks need adjusting, more breaks. They keep servers running. Pleasant clean restaurant. Breakfast menu has lots of healthy choices. A good stop to enjoy catching up with friends while munching. This review pertains to Keke's in Citrus Park, Dale Mabry Carrollwood and fairly new location next to Publix in Seabreeze plaza. I have yet to eat at the Ulmerton Rd location. read more

The food was very good and the interior was spacious and well maintained! It reminds me of First Watch but more casual. The service was really good, everyone was professional and on point. We were seated at a giant booth that could easily fit three or four people per side which gave plenty of room for bags and other things. The waitress who helped us was very quick in bringing 4 waters over even though 2 of our party hadn't arrived yet. She was proactive in our needs, I respect that. I had the egg sandwich. The bread was good, it could've been a little crispier for the sandwich contents but doable. My bacon was cooked well and could've been a bit thicker for the price point. My homefries had a less aromatic taste to them. I have a feeling they purposefully under season so that people can apply salt as needed to preference. I used a sprinkle of salt for my sandwich and potatoes. I wonder if I should've requested hot sauce. The chicken and waffles looked alright. The chicken was more like chicken fingers that looked a little.. small on the big waffle. It's a comical juxtaposition. The eggs Benedict's had good presentation and appeared cooked to satisfaction with the classic runny yolk in the center. It was all okay, passable without being able to pinpoint a singular area to improve cuisine-wise. I am certain we will be back due to how close this location is to a Publix. Easter Sunday Breakfast was a success! Keke's is one of our new breakfast spot! If you haven't given them a try, it's time you do! You will not be disappointed! It's located in an open mall concept area in largo. Parking is has a wide range to choose from. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile followed to table for how many. For a busy day the wait was less than 5 minutes! Booths are very spacious, 6 people fit approximately. Its layout, vibe, lighting and AC is GREAT! All waiters are wearing uniform and you can tell they are trained properly to be on point in that matter! First impressions do matter! We liked that each and every employee had uniform. An establishment where employees wear uniforms really does defining the company's image. Shows professionalism. It has a dinner type of vibe! Good for friends, dates, family and even child friendly! Our waitress was Karen, she was amazing with us! She had us sat, greeted us, gave us our menus and asked what would we like to drink while we decided what we wanted. Karen has great customer service skills, she was thorough, paid attention to details and our specific orders. And of course, excellent verbal communication skills!! We recommend Keke's! If loving Keke's Apple Cinnamon French Toast is wrong, I simply refuse to be right. One bite in and I genuinely questioned every breakfast choice I have ever made in my life. Why have I been eating regular toast like a peasant when this masterpiece exists?? The apples are perfectly tender, the cinnamon hits like a warm hug, and the whole thing tastes like autumn and serotonin had a baby. Nina didn't just provide excellent service -- she curated an experience. This apple cinnamon French toast, crafted under her expert supervision, could end wars. It could reunite estranged families. It could probably solve my personal problems if I stared at it long enough. But it's TOO good to do that. I couldn't even bother pulling out my phone to make a post on instagram. So you'll just have to come see for yourselves. Five stars, ten stars -- Michelin inspectors should already be en route. I was intrigued by the name and after I read it was "Breakfast all day", I was in. Today I went in around lunch time and of course, I wanted to order everything but didn't. What I did order was their Southwest Omelette which was tomato, onion, jalapeño & pepper jack cheese, petal sauce and salsa. I'm not sure what petal sauce is but it was tasty. I ordered some home fries, toast and 1 pancake. Ok the Southwest Omelette was good as the eggs were fluffy and the tomato, onion and jalapeños were cut so finely. Kudos if someone in the back actually did that or if it was prepackaged in a bag. The salsa was gross and cold and the home fries were really greasy. I made the mistake of having too many home fries. The pancake itself was ok as it had that malted crunch but I think the syrup was cheap and really did a disservice to the pancake. As for the coffee, it was your run of the mill diner coffee. I will say the service was great and Ally was super friendly. There is plenty of strip mall parking. I tried it once and unfortunately, there is no need to go back. read more

My mother and I visited Keke's for the first time. The food was good but some of it was cold. We had omelettes and French toast. The wait staff was very nice and the restaurant was clean (didn't use the bathroom). But things like sweetener, creamers were not on the tables. You have to request them. Unfortunately my beverage was cold by the time creamer arrived (and I had to ask twice). Please, just put the stuff on the table along with the beverage. read more

Tried this place for the first time, not having any clue about the size of this chain and expansive growth. Knowing that now I would've never expected the service to be as top notch as it was on this busy Saturday morning. Jessie was my server and he really brought his A game. He took the time to explain the menu, give me a quick history of the restaurant and how it got its name (Keith and Kevin). He even asked for my name and then made it a point to address me by name from that moment onward. It wasn't just Jessie that provided top notch service. The staff that delivers your food, the staff that doesn't let your coffee fall below half before offering a top-off. The staff that made it a point to ask how my specific order tasted. Just incredible how everyone here strives for and delivers an excellent level of service. I ordered the egg scramble bowl with spinach, mushroom, and onion with cheddar cheese. My only complaint was that the cheese was just thrown on top of the bowl and thus didn't get melted into the rest of the bowl. I especially like the home fries (or so they're called). Thin slices of potatoes cooked perfectly. Really bland though but nothing a little salt and pepper can't cure. Can't wait to come back here and try other things from the middle column of the menu, which Jessie claimed was all if their most popular dishes. read more

OK Food, Slow Service KeKe's is clean and bright and corporate boring. Server started fine but then completely disappeared near the end. Food was fine. The scrambled eggs were about as un-fluffy as would seem possible. The grits had a good consistency but were bland, bland, bland. The ham should have had a better sear. French toast was good--a thick cut but cooked all the way through! Unfortunately, they made a common mistake of putting hot French toast (or any warm bread item) onto a cold plate. It creates condensation on the plate and that makes the bottom of the bread item soggy. I saw nothing special about KeKe's. I'd rather support a local diner. read more

Been here a few times over the years & it never disappoints. This last time I might have been the best. The server was amazing, several people came over multiple times to make sure everything was good. Looking back on it, it was a textbook example of how restaurant service should be. The food cane out quick & it was amazing. I definitely will come back more frequently to really support this location. Great job! Notice the price on the menu for three buttermilk pancakes - $10.29. I ordered one and the price was $8.29. I asked the manager why and she said that's the price. Had I been aware of that, I would've ordered the three and taken 2 home. Also, they don't have enough kitchen help so today they only served breakfast. read more
