I searched high and low for someone to come look at this without having to pay $100 or more just to see the issue (which ended up being a broken pipe for my main line). I was actually scared this might have been a bigger issue because my lawn looked and felt like an 80's water bed. Once Alberto showed up, I felt reassured because he explained everything , from what the cost to repair, possible unexpected costs if the issue might be more problematic. He fixed the pipe, tested it out and even came back a few days later just to check up on everything. He guarantee his work as well !! Thanks Alberto! I hope I don't have to call you anytime soon, but if I have an issue .. you're my plumber !!!!

Our kitchen faucet was spraying water from under the handle just as my husband was leaving for a…read morebusiness trip. Of course that's when it happened! Rather than calling our Home Warranty company and potentially waiting days for a plumber, we gave Loyall a call. We had used them once before through the warranty company and they had done good work. Amy answers the phones and is pleasant and helpful! She scheduled the appt and even gave us a call when the plumber was available to come earlier than originally planned. Great communication! Loyall, the owner/plumber arrived right on time with a mask on. I appreciated that during these times of COVID. He has a great demeanor, communicates well and clearly knows his craft. Now, towards honesty and integrity.. he asked if we still had a home warranty, which we do. It's not with one he is contracted with, but he said "you know, they would cover both of the repairs you're requesting". How kind! He was willing to give up a job to help a customer save money. I wanted it done right away, though and had him proceed. Ultimately, we only paid $20 more than we would have paid to the Home Warranty company! Our faucet apparently only had a loose insert. He tightened and tested it to make sure. He could have sold us a new cartridge or faucet, but that's not his style. If you're looking for a good, honest and fair plumber with integrity, give Loyall a call! I'm so happy that we did.

I wanted to share how grateful I am to Blue Muscle Plumbing and Rooter Service after they completed…read morea full re-pipe of my 2,500 sq ft home today. This is the second time I have used them for a slab leak. The last time, I only had the team re-pipe the section of the water line that was leaking. After experiencing a third slab leak, I knew I could not continue putting my family through the stress and disruption, so I decided to move forward with a complete re-pipe of the entire home. I am very glad I chose Blue Muscle again for such an important job. They were able to take on the project on short notice, and from day one, the entire team was professional, responsive, and clearly very experienced. This was a large and complex job, and while some disruption is expected, what really impressed me was how much they genuinely cared about my family's day-to-day comfort. Every evening before leaving, they made sure we had running water, even if it meant staying late. During a scheduled power outage in town, they came fully prepared with a generator and kept everything moving forward without delays. That level of thoughtfulness made a huge difference for us. The team also kept the work areas clean and treated our home with respect throughout the entire process. Their pricing was very fair for the quality of work and service they delivered. Overall, they made a challenging project as smooth and manageable as possible. I highly recommend Blue Muscle Plumbing and Rooter Service to anyone needing plumbing work. The estimate was ridiculously high, which was dissapointing because I used to use their services previously in the past. Plumbers like barbers nowadays are pricing themselves out of jobs. From this experience alone I will not use The Plumbers services again and my refrigerator magnet with their contact info is going in the trash!
