I didn't know it at the time but my entire downstairs had already flooded. Living Room, Kitchen, Dining area and EntryWay. I was devasted. I called Priority Plumbing based on a friends recommendation. A guy named Trent answered (found out later he was the owner) he walked me through how to immediately shut off my water. Said he was on his way. 20 min later he was at my door I give him a 2 min tour of the flood area and he said go to your meeting I'll handle this and I'll call you in 30min with an update. 30 min later I get a text. Honestly I was expecting the worst... instead I read this... "Found the leak and it's repaired. Water is already 90% removed and will be 100% in the next 20 min. Dehumidifiers have been deployed. Damage is minimal hope your meeting is going well. If this company does not deserve 5 stars then I can't fathom what a 5 star company would be. Thank you Trent.

Rather than calling our Home Warranty company and potentially waiting days for a plumber, we gave Loyall a call. We had used them once before through the warranty company and they had done good work. Amy answers the phones and is pleasant and helpful! She scheduled the appt and even gave us a call when the plumber was available to come earlier than originally planned. Great communication! Loyall, the owner/plumber arrived right on time with a mask on. I appreciated that during these times of COVID. He has a great demeanor, communicates well and clearly knows his craft. Now, towards honesty and integrity.. he asked if we still had a home warranty, which we do. It's not with one he is contracted with, but he said "you know, they would cover both of the repairs you're requesting". How kind! He was willing to give up a job to help a customer save money. I wanted it done right away, though and had him proceed. Ultimately, we only paid $20 more than we would have paid to the Home Warranty company! Our faucet apparently only had a loose insert. He tightened and tested it to make sure. He could have sold us a new cartridge or faucet, but that's not his style. If you're looking for a good, honest and fair plumber with integrity, give Loyall a call! I'm so happy that we did.

I was afraid that I would get a crooked plumber or a plumbing company, that would squeeze every nickel out of me. I felt in good hands. And that they weren't going to upsell me, or charge me extra for stuff that was not necessary. That's huge when you are a client; To have a plumbing company and tech know what the average homeowner faces, and not try to take advantage of the situation. Thank you so much, Antelope Valley plumbing.!!! I assure you that if I ever have plumbing issues again, I will definitely be coming to you guys.

Antelope Valley Plumbing reached out to me with a local number (all the others were 888 numbers and there were no answers when I tried calling). I called Antelope Valley Plumbing and was able to confirm the appointment time I was looking for, which was today at 2. The phone call was no fuss, no muss, and very straight forward. It's rare that it goes that smoothly these days so I was very happy. I received a text @ 1:30 telling me that the plumber, Joey, was in route. 10 minutes later he shows up, lays out the process in which the service will proceed, and it was very upfront and reasonable. In a very short time, my leak was gone, my front yard was no longer flooded, and Joey is a very personable individual who obviously takes pride in the work he does. While the repaired pipe was going thru it's curing time, Joey took the time to discuss some other projects I am looking to get done in the future. He didn't have to do that, but he happily did. Based on the communication, the response and repair time, and the price, this was a 10 star experience for me. It was stressful watching my yard get more flooded by the hour.
