The worst service ever, I contacted this guy for a simple water regulator replacement, and he did the worst job ever. He was very careless and messy, he had no idea what he was doing, and after all of that the new water regulator started to leak from the bottom, then the pressure went up to 85 PSI by itself after a day. My experience with this company started out well then went sour. Called Alan (owner) to reset one toilet and diagnosis another clogged toilet. Charged $150 for new wax ring and resetting of the toilet. No problem except he did not caulk the bottom of toilet to ground and did not clean up completely after. He then looked at the other toilet, it was clogged. The sewer line was involved. Alan said that he would be returning tomorrow with video camera to look at the sewer pipe. The next day Alan did a no call, no show. I do not tolerate this because if I did a no call, no show I would be fired. I tried to contact him, no answer. These guys are fantastic. We had 3 leaking above-ground sprinkler valves. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly, for the best price among the 5 plumbers I got quotes from. They did a fantastic job replacing the valves, though overnight we discovered one of the parts cracked (the manufacturer's fault if that's not clear).
