Terrible experience. I brought in an inexpensive suit for a simple three-stitch alteration with a quoted 6-7 day turnaround. When I got it back, it was covered in hair, lint, and loose threads. The suit was wrinkled throughout and looked dirty. Even worse, the stitch lines on the pants are clearly visible very sloppy work. This is the best tailor in the area. I know I can always count on them for all of my events to always do a fantastic job! I most recently had to have my 2 year olds pants taken out, as they had elastic on them that was too tight. After I took them home I did not have my son try them on until the day before our event (my mistake!) unfortunately they were still too small. I called and they told me bring them in & they would get them done, asap/same day at no additional charge! They ended up fitting perfectly and I was so thankful! visited this tailor based on the positive reviews but unfortunately had a disappointing experience and won't be returning. I brought in three pairs of pants and a dress to have the waist taken in. I was quoted $35 per pair of pants and $55 for the dress, which I already felt was quite steep compared to other local seamstresses who quoted $24 for pants and around $22 for the dress. Despite the higher price, I decided to proceed. However, when I got home, I noticed I had been charged $197. I later realized I was charged an additional $30 for a few quick measurements for myself and my 1-year-old -- something that took less than 5 minutes and I was never informed would incur a fee. I felt misled by the lack of transparency and was disappointed in the overall service, especially coming from the owner. Sadly, this experience has left a bad impression, and I won't be returning. read more

Took a dress shirt in to have two alterations made to it. Collar pin hold in the collar to wear with a collar pin. Showed him pictures of what I wanted because he barely speaks English. Remove the buttons on the cuff and add holes to wear with cufflinks. Also showed him pictures This absolute clown turned it into a button down collar and simply cut the buttons off. If I wanted a button down collar, I would have bought one. And just cutting the buttons off? My 9 year old could have done that. Charged me $32.48. When I demanded a refund because I now have a button down collar shirt with no buttons on the cuff, he wanted to argue with me. I don't mind what he charges, but if I pay it, I want what I asked and paid for. After 5 minutes of arguing, he refunded me. When I got home, I realized that he only refunded me $30. I will be. Calling my credit company to dispute the charges and will be leaving this exact review on every site I can find. In short, just go somewhere else. read more

This man may seem nice, but it's all an act. My 17 year old son brought in a leather jacket his father gave him. When my son entered the store he asked how much it would cost to take the jacket in on the sides, bottom and sleeves and given a fair price of $200-$250. While being fitted my son told him that the reason he was getting his father's old jacket altered was because it had sentimental value and also because new Polo jackets were $800 or more. Once the fitting was finished, he charged my son $550 for the alterations after originally being quoted a maximum of $250. When my son said that is not what you quoted me to start, he said "Well, buy a new jacket then". Then he proceeded to take all the pins out of the jacket and send my son on his way. I came to Kee to Alter 5 of my garments before going on vacation. First of all it was VERY expensive. But...never mind that. I had him add a Zipper to 1 garment. When zipping up the very first time I tried to break it, the zipper broke. I didn't even get to wear it. In my opinion, it was a cheap zipper. ‍. I bring it back to Kee to replace or fix the job he had done. He had the nerve to tell me that it's a very good zipper and that it's my fault, maybe I'm too fat... . They did a fantastic job with my karate gi. I've taken it to Kees multiple times to repair the ties and get patches sown. The quality of the work is high level. Karate his come with clothe ties to keep closed, and both that I purchased eventually ripped from heavy training. Kee was able to replace them at a reasonable cost which saved me from having to buy a new gi. He is also very friendly, clean store and a joy to do business with. BE AWARE! This place is unreasonably priced. They were nice and provided good service before I paid $150 to have to gowns hemmed. When I went to pick them up the guy barely wanted to help me try them on he gave them to me and went to doing what he was doing. Paid $154 for Kee's Tailor to hem a bridesmaid dress, remove a stitch from the chest, and add a removable clasp so that I could have easy access to breastfeed. Picked up the dress and the hem was great but the stitch was never removed. So I paid extra for a service that was not done. I called to ask for a refund and the guy asked me to come in. I came in and explained what happened, and he just laughs and acts as if it wasn't his misunderstanding. There's an obvious language barrier as well. read more
