Writing this is a delighted customer who HIGHLY recommends Keeping it Wheel for all your bike service needs! We have two older mountain bikes, a Rockhopper, and a KHS Light, both 26-sized tires that needed tune-ups. Both have been hanging in our garage for over a decade and were rarely ridden. I used Yelp's Projects feature to reach multiple businesses, and John from Keeping it Wheel was one of the three who replied. His location and service price estimates best fit our project, so I went with him. We coordinated meet-up times over text (he was very responsive), and I dropped off our bikes the morning of Thursday, July 18th. Unfortunately, I failed to communicate early on that we needed to have our bikes back by the following afternoon. Still, John was accommodating and could see both bikes in a day. Picking up our bikes this Friday morning, I can't believe the transformation! Clean, well-oiled, broken cables were replaced, and tires held air! Excellent service by John! I called few bike shops and they all gave me 5-day to two week wait to get my bicycle in for tune up. GLAD I looked around for mobile options. I got three quotes on Yelp and John's was by far the cheapest!!! I dropped off my bike in eaaaaarrly morning (thank you for accommodating that, John) on my way to the gym. And got it back within few days. John cleaned, replaced what needed to be replaced, communicated which parts needed and when he expected they will arrive. All this happen in a such a reasonable time.
