Happy Ebikes Corporate - My beautiful Tiffany blue bike Have been riding it since I bought it to work and beach - Bike Repair/Maintenance Near Me - Carlsbad, California

I need to get in touch with these people, but I don't know how; I've tried every possible method on this site, and I'm getting no response. I placed an order and received the wrong item, and I haven't been able to process the return! Please, if anyone has managed to contact them, I need help with this! read more

Had ordered some tubes, one of them was defective, Dan was very responsive and replaced the item right away. I highly recommend this shop, superb customer service. read more

Worst experience ever and these owners should know how their customer service is being handled. I received an Ernie bike (originally wanted the folding bike but was told they no longer had it) without a battery, notified them same day as it was delivered. I was told multiple time they would send me a battery. Almost two weeks later they are now accusing me of lying. The audacity to say I lost it. Ive saved all the messages of them accusing me of lying. This is no way to treat anyone!! This is the worst customer service! The owners need to know how their customers are being treated!! read more

Went to Happy E-bikes in Carlsbad for the first time. I felt the service of my e-bike which I didn't purchase from them was excellent. The mechanic is very friendly and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. I will definitely be using them for anything else my bike needs in the future. Thank you Happy E-bikes! read more

Happy e-bikes are the best. The bikes are extremely well built and the service afterwards is done on time and with great care. The customer service from James and the staff can't be beat. Ted S. read more

Happy E-Bikes unparalleled service Shout out to Dan and Steve. I recently purchased two e-bikes, one mountain bike and one recreational for my son to get to school. First, Dan is super-friendly, safety conscious and very affordable. I had shopped around and a friend recommended i check them out and after checking out the stock in the shop (by Bobby Riggs and SDA) I decided to support a local business. I had read a lot of reviews of people buying big box ebikes or online stuff and having nightmares Trying to fix stuff. Lo and behold, My son had an accident (he is fine, thankfully!) and Steve repaired it gratis today! (I couldnt believe they were open, let alone able to fix it on a Sunday!) It actually took longer to drive there than the fix. They were out of the part (steering wheel stem) and he pulled it off of another bike they had in stock! Never met Dan or Steve before this, but so impressed with speed and attention to detail. Btw, the stem did not break in the accident, but I stripped the part where you screw it in afterwards. Totally my fault. I am guessing if I had bought a big box brand, there would have been a cost and significant wait for this type of part/repair. Others can probably inform better there. My son asked me to make this post, he loves his bike, its got leather seats, super -comfy and he said its seems better made than a lot of the ones he sees at his school CCA. So if you are looking for an ebike, highly recommend these guys! Support local! And please say hi! read more

I did a lot of research online and also had several friends that had electric bikes. So I had test drove a bunch of different brands and decided on Happy eBikes. I bought one for me and one for my wife. I've been totally satisfied with my experience of the bike and the service provided. I had a flat tire the very first ride I had and Dan sent out his mobile repair man, Greg and fixed it the same day. The speed and power of the bike is much better than anything I have ridden. I was so impressed, that I got my brother and sister-in-law to buy the same bikes my wife and I have. read more

Superb service and communication. We rented 5 bikes from them and I wanted to book way in advance to make sure we had the bikes we wanted. They got us the e bikes we wanted for a great price. Happy EBikes delivered them to our rental house right on time. They might have been brand new bikes because they were clean and sweet as can be. All of the bikes worked perfectly. Pickup was as smooth as delivery, they texted me when they were coming and showed up at the precise time. If I lived in this area they would be my go-to shop. Strongly recommend them. read more

We had been researching ebikes for awhile and came across the Crew at Happy Ebikes in Carlsbad. The entire experience was "on point" from the get go. We were able to test ride bikes in the parking lot to make sure we were purchasing the perfect style. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. No pressure. Once decided on the type and color, they assembled our bikes. They offered to set us up with a couple of bikes so we could go get lunch while they put our bikes together. They have free shipping, but they set us up with a bike rack and we were able to drive off and enjoy our bikes as soon as we got home. Before we took off they made sure the bikes were adjusted and that we knew how to put the bikes on and off the rack. We truley love our bikes and know that we have invested in solid bikes, hours of fun, health benefits, and amazing customer support from the Happy Ebike Crew. read more

Happy eBikes is a cool local company that makes great electric bikes, perfect mix of design for road and comfort. They come with all the fixings - racks, baskets, fenders, etc. Great power and speed to zoom up hills. And now with a couple convenient locations if any service issues come up. But had them ~6 months and so far so good! read more

Happy Ebikes Corporate - Red bike for him, step through for her - Bike Repair/Maintenance Near Me - Carlsbad, California

My family was referred to Happy Ebikes from a friend, and so happy for it!! We live in Arizona, but the owner graciously walked us through the quick assembly via FaceTime. The bikes are stately and well designed, but riding them takes the cake!!! Gives the feel of a motorized vehicle or with the option of riding regular, with a nice kick. Everything I wanted in enjoying a sense of adventure, but also feeling safe. Buy, buy, buy!! You won't be disappointed. read more

I have 200 plus miles on my Happy EBike and I'm still grinning ear to ear when I ride it! I added a rear seat with foot pegs on the back so my 6yo can take rides with me to the store, lunch, dinner, etc... The bike and staff have been excellent. I have had no issues with my bike and Dan has offered up complementary tunes ups from time to time. I know others that have spent much more on their EBikes and they are not as Happy as I am. Thanks for a great product! read more

Happy Ebikes is the BEST experience you will have test riding & purchasing an electric bike. I'm a mama with zero free time, so me taking the time to write this review shows you that my experience was truly above & beyond anything I had expected!! The owner Dan answered my call a few days prior - He was friendly & had all the right answers. So I stopped in at their location off the 101. Dan was very patient & kind with my kids shenanigans (which I greatly appreciated). He got us loaded onto a bike to test drive & did an amazing job explaining the features available to me & when to use them. I felt comfortable, safe & confident under his instruction. I picked out a gorgeous baby blue bike. Was blown away to see that the stock seat on his bikes are MORE comfortable than a seat I upgraded to at another ebike store for way too much money. His bikes also have a longer leg stride, it was a perfect fit for how I like to ride. Dan gave me a stellar deal - I truly cannot believe the affordable prices he sells his bikes for!! And then for him to offer a discount on top (for paying in cash) & he heard I needed a lock, so he just gave me one for free!! I learned that he used to sell his bikes to the other bike companies, but has begun selling directly to customers - which explains why we are getting such a great price!! When I learned that his company delivers I was very happy (cause another company I bought from did not). AND to top it off, he delivers the same day!! WOW!! After his team switched out the hand grips/seat for the color black I called him & asked to keep the brown instead. I felt so terrible & even offered to pay for his time switching it back. Dan was so cool about it. He rejected my money offer & told me it was no problem at all. Dan, texted me updates so I knew he was on his way & he dropped off my new, shiny, bike right on time. LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! I will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE that wants to buy an ebike. read more

Could not be happier with our 2 E-Bikes. We did a ton of research on all the various e-bike companies and have zero regrets about buying our 2 bikes from Happy E-Bikes. Not only do they look great but they are very well made and have just the right amount of power. Customer service is top notch & love that it is a local company. read more

Best purchase of the year by far!!! My husband and I recently purchased two e-bikes from Happy EBikes and we are thrilled with them. James and Dan are great to work with and are very genuine. I highly recommend buying ebikes from them, their customer service is excellent and the bikes speak for themselves. read more

My husband and I received our bikes about a year ago and we couldn't be happier! We're both in our 60's and I have always enjoyed bike riding but these bikes make it easier for us to ride longer distances! We had a small issue and their customer service was amazing! We live on the East coast and they were quick to respond. I cannot say enough about these bikes and this company! read more

I was very impressed by Happy EBikes. They had a massive selection and a knowledgeable staff. They suggested a bike for someone my size and my wife's. Completely different bikes and was thankful for the assistance. Friendly, kind, and easy to work with. Overall, a great experience. read more

We just bought two Happy Bikes Step-thru Bikes. I have been researching this model for months now and was really happy to stop at Happy Bikes and see what they had put together. Dan and James were very helpful working thru how their bikes would fit our particular situation ( storing two bikes in the back of a Jeep grand cherokee with the second seat in the up position) and then showing the technology that they have put together in their offering. I have seen several competing offerings, but they have all been internet only purchases, sight unseen, no US customer service and warranty provided by FaceBook! I was able to get the bikes i wanted sold and serviced right in San Diego. This is a big issue if you follow the various blogs on these machines. Thanks to Dan and James. read more

Love my bike! Dan and his team do a great job making sure you get the right bike for you. I test rode a few of them before deciding on the folding step-thru ebike and I couldn't be happier (it fits in the trunk of my Camry!). His technicians are awesome and super knowledgeable. They even helped put a child seat on that I bought separately on Amazon for free! I've put on close to 100 miles in the past month and many of my friends who've ridden it will also soon be customers. The bikes are outstanding quality and the LCD display is super cool! Overall a great bike and great experience with this company. read more
