After wasting time and money with another company it was a relief to find Keep Calm Locksmith. I borrowed my friend's Honda while she was out of the country and of course had an ignition problem while using it. The first company did a bait and switch with their pricing (promising me a lower price and then charging me more) and did not resolve the problem properly. (Lesson learned to find someone off of Yelp who has actual reviews.) This company was professional, knowledgeable, and had a fair price. I do need to say that my technician was late to the scheduled time but he did call to let me know which I appreciated. I actually found this company because another Locksmith company I called could not help me but recommended Keep Calm. Apparently Honda ignitions are troublesome and you need to have an experienced locksmith do it but the guy was able to fix it quickly and properly. As mentioned I previously used a different locksmith and the ignition worked for a week and then stopped working. I was in need of having our home and mailbox rekeyed. I called Johnny on a Monday evening and set up an appt for the next day. He came out and took a look at what i needed to have done and said it wouldn't be a problem. He was courteous, professional and easy to talk with about the job. He was able to finish the rekeying in 30-45 minutes. The new keys were checked and appeared to be working fine. However, a few hours later, I had to call him because the new keys would not work on the door lock. He came right back out and found out the door lock had needed to be reset. He checked the new keys...to be sure each worked correctly. He apologized for the problem but I certainly understand how somethings need to be fine tuned. Great business and very accommodating! Made an appt with them early in the morning, but had to reschedule to push it back later in the pm and it wasn't an issue. The locksmith called before he arrived. The smith's name was johnny, barely in his 30s and a young dude. He was very professional, took care of business, communicated what he was doing, and just handled it. I was very surprised for a level of conduct from him as a millennial generation kid. In the end, he changed out some lock tumblers, installed new hardware, and made new keys. Johnny represented this company well and the end product was A+ work. Very happy with the outcome. i had Great experience ! Had a rough day at work and to top it off my daughter left my only set of house keys (because she lost the other pair) in my condo . Called keep calm locksmith because they were relatively close to my house and the guy was there within 10 min . johnny was very nice . I like that he asked for my ID and explained what he was going to do every step of the way and told me he would do everything he can to get me in my condo with no damages to the door .
