I called KEEP CALM LOCKSMITH after 2pm in the afternoon thinking I would be scheduled for next day because it was so late in the day. But, Johnny answered and said he was finishing up a job and could arrive at my house in an hour or less. In less than an hour he showed up and professionally determined what my two lock issues, residential front and back doors, required and gave a reasonable quote. I was concerned about the stripped lock mechanism on my original 111 year old wood front door because I didn't want the option of replacing the original hardware.
