I needed a fresh eye for my hair after being with my stylist for a long time. Keenan was attentive, asked lots of questions and listened to me, while taking the much appreciated initiative of giving input. one of the best consults I ever had. Then she proceeded to give me one of the best cuts I've ever had. Considering I am 55 and get a cut every 6-8 weeks, that's a lot of cuts. I watched and saw the skill real time, then really checked it out when I got home. Very happy! She is super talented and super nice and her staff is very friendly and upbeat. Good vibes overall. I came to Keenan back in February after having a bad experience with Ktip extensions. My hair was very damaged and she worked with me to find what was best for my hair to get back on track to being healthy. My hair has since came a LONG way with her help. I got I-tip extensions installed and have been loving them. I can confidently say with any services I receive from Keenan I'm not worried about any damage to my hair because of how transparent & genuine she is! If you're skeptic about extensions from previous bad experiences you should 100% go to this salon. Keenan is the best hair stylist I've ever been to. She colors and cuts my hair about every 6 weeks. The color is always exactly as I request and the style is easy to manage.
