This was my first time taking my daughter to Fatima's but will not be last. The braiding was exceptional and everything about the experience from making the appointment to having my daughter's hair braiding was perfect. read more

I came in at 12:30pm asking for boho knotless braids and these ladies were not only able to squeeze me in, but execute a FLAWLESS finish before 6pm! This is my new favorite place! Will definitely be returning. 550 for boho knotless - lower back length - human hair. read more

Absolutely the best braiding experience ever! I can't say enough great things about Fatima Braiding Studio. I LOVE my knotless braids, neat, lightweight, and flawless. The atmosphere is relaxed yet professional; I was able to take work calls and get things done while they beautified me. To top it off, my original braider canceled just one hour before my appointment, and Fatima's team was able to get me in the very next day; talk about lifesavers! I also appreciate that they work strictly by appointment; it keeps things organized for both clients and stylists. They've definitely earned a lifetime customer. If you want beautiful braids and a stress-free experience, look no further than Fatima Braiding Studio! read more

10/10 would recommend! I had the pleasure of getting the bohemian knotless braids at this amazing salon. The service is wonderful from the time you enter to the time you leave. 1st attempt to book: Called, someone picked up, I asked a few questions (type of hair, and availability), she asked me if she can call me right back. Sure no problem. Never got a call back 2nd attempt to book: Called, no answer so left a voicemail. no one called back 3rd attempt to book: Called, someone answered, got straight to the point and said "I want to book boho knotless on Nov 1st do you have availability" she said let me look at my calendar I will call you right back. Never called back Why don't you have a booking page? Why don't you book people at the time they call? Why not call clients back if you say you are going to? Unprofessional. read more

From start to finish excellent service. I love love love my hair. Very calm and relaxing studio. I will be back!

Cost: $600 for a poorly installed boho braids. The owner demanded to be paid before completion of style (smh) The braids were done by 5 separate people that took sections. So each section has a different pattern. They installed a load of human hair insert for the boho look and left looking like a long jerry curly weave TERRIBLE. Everyone leaves with the same jerry curl braids. Tribal Corn rows were not tribal. I have a bump at the base and is not what I asked for, what I reinforced while installing and questioned while I saw the technique was defective. The owner "Auntie" was RUDE and aggressive and was yelling at me when I quietly spoke to braids issue. I was told I was late and that was a red flag for her. Mind you that didn't stop her from charging and receiving a $50 late fee. For arriving at 923 for my 830 appointment. Try at your own RISK. And do expose your experience if you dare. read more

I love to patron fellow African businesses and never write reviews. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business. Was fussed out by Fatima for not paying deposit. Was told that they are not desperate. I offered to pay deposit to come on another day. She never called or texted me back. Customer service is horrendous. read more

This place was the worst I've been to. They quoted me a price over the phone, I mentioned I could do 300. They agreed and I came there and then they told me, they cancelled the appointment. I was outside the building when, she texted me. I already sent my deposit and drove over and hour away. Which I mentioned when I'll be there to her, and called. She was rude and wouldn't recommend. Please stay away! Money hungry & unprofessional. read more

Please do not visit this salon. I had the worst experience ever here. I made an appointment and paid 100$ deposit. I get there the day of my appointment and the owner asked what color I was getting. I kindly asked her to go over the color options with me, as this was my first time visiting their salon. She says, look on our page and if you don't see what you like I can give you your deposit back...First red flag! I'm patronizing your Buisness and you as an owner should be accommodating and assist with color options. After scrolling through their page I decided on a color. She specifically stated the braider would complete one braid, and I could let her know how I liked it. Well I didn't like the color and kindly asked if she could use a different color. I'm paying you $600 dollars...A simple request when I'm paying my money should not be an issue. The owner went off and told one the workers to give me my deposit back because she didn't have time to go back and forth. At this point I'm in disbelief at the level of customer service. So much more went into this visit but I don't have the energy to write another 3 paragraphs. If you're looking for professionalism please spend your money elsewhere. This place is extremely unprofessional. I texted their number numerous times before getting a response. They finally got back to me, they told me to send a picture of the style I wanted and said they could achieve the style. They asked me to send a deposit and confirmed my Appt. Once I got there multiple people asked me What style I was doing. I told Them I sent the picture twice and someone confirmed my appointment. One of the women said she can't do this style and she needs to call the person that can. Another woman came to my hair and she cant do it due to my edges. Mind you, I have a head full of hair with edges. The woman proceeded to tell me that I didn't send a picture of my hair. I told her this was never asked of me prior to appointment. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience. She just said she can't do it and gave me back my money. It was a waste of my time as I set aside childcare to take the time out to do my hair. HORRIBLE experience and unreliable! I wish there was a Zero star for the Zero service they gave me! read more
