Cost: $600 for a poorly installed boho braids. The owner demanded to be paid before completion of style (smh) The braids were done by 5 separate people that took sections. So each section has a different pattern. They installed a load of human hair insert for the boho look and left looking like a long jerry curly weave TERRIBLE. Everyone leaves with the same jerry curl braids. Tribal Corn rows were not tribal. I have a bump at the base and is not what I asked for, what I reinforced while installing and questioned while I saw the technique was defective. The owner "Auntie" was RUDE and aggressive and was yelling at me when I quietly spoke to braids issue. I was told I was late and that was a red flag for her. Mind you that didn't stop her from charging and receiving a $50 late fee. For arriving at 923 for my 830 appointment. Try at your own RISK. And do expose your experience if you dare. ​ read more

Please do not visit this salon. I had the worst experience ever here. I made an appointment and paid 100$ deposit. I get there the day of my appointment and the owner asked what color I was getting. I kindly asked her to go over the color options with me, as this was my first time visiting their salon. She says, look on our page and if you don't see what you like I can give you your deposit back...First red flag! I'm patronizing your Buisness and you as an owner should be accommodating and assist with color options. After scrolling through their page I decided on a color. She specifically stated the braider would complete one braid, and I could let her know how I liked it. Well I didn't like the color and kindly asked if she could use a different color. I'm paying you $600 dollars...A simple request when I'm paying my money should not be an issue. The owner went off and told one the workers to give me my deposit back because she didn't have time to go back and forth. At this point I'm in disbelief at the level of customer service. This place is extremely unprofessional. I texted their number numerous times before getting a response. They finally got back to me, they told me to send a picture of the style I wanted and said they could achieve the style. They asked me to send a deposit and confirmed my Appt. Once I got there multiple people asked me What style I was doing. I told Them I sent the picture twice and someone confirmed my appointment. One of the women said she can't do this style and she needs to call the person that can. Another woman came to my hair and she cant do it due to my edges. Mind you, I have a head full of hair with edges. The woman proceeded to tell me that I didn't send a picture of my hair. I told her this was never asked of me prior to appointment. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience. She just said she can't do it and gave me back my money. It was a waste of my time as I set aside childcare to take the time out to do my hair. finally found a place that will do faux locs or box braids of locs. i was checked on by the manager every hour, had snacks and drinks brought to me, and i was comfortable throughout the entire service. the price was a little high for the service especially since i had to bring my own faux locs and wrapping hair, but the style came out amazing and should last me a while. read more
