Located by a smoke shop and Jimmy Johns on Peachtree industrial, the shopping center is small but clean. I entered and there were two hair dressers along with two customers getting services done. I was greeted, which is always great! I sat down and waited maybe about 12-15 at most. I definitely didn't mind, since I didn't make an appointment. The salon is clean and although not fancy, everything I needed was insight. They have a tv in the waiting area, along with magazines and free water. Finally it was my turn. The lady spoke with very broken English, but she understood what service I requested and let me know that for me a blow out would be $30. My hair is medium length and pretty thick, so I didn't really argue but it kinda made me less excited. But anyways she proceeded to wash my hair. The shampoos are Korean, and they smell amazing. Next I sat at her chair and she started to ask me questions about my blow out, if I wanted waves or curls it would be extra. I just wanted a basic blow out. The blow dryer she used was very old and made a weird sound, but it did get the job done. It took about an hour and I did only get charged $30 like she stated. Just a tip, bring a photo for comparison, I'm sure that will help with the language barrier! All in all, four stars is my rating. I would be glad to come back! $30 isn't bad, salons charge anywhere from 45-70$ for blow outs; that being said it was still very cheap and looked amazing!
