I had a phenomenal experience here. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and Ronny was the the hairdressers who did my hair along with some help from one other lady. The final result looks awesome. I came in with dry and pretty damaged bleached hair and they were able to make it look the way it does now was amazing. I wanted to try this place out because my cousin recommended it and told me she liked it ! But, I don't think I'd go here again. It started off fine until the hairdresser with glasses took me. I had long hair with very dry damaged ends so I needed a trim, I told her my situation ... she then proceeded to complain about my hair being way too long, kept nagging me about how I had too much hair and how I should cut it off! I was a bit shocked, especially considering this is what she specializes in, no? Anyways, because my hair was so damaged I had tangles, she also kept complaining because the comb couldn't go through ( btw I brushed my hair before I left, but that's just how dry and damaged my ends were ) I usually don't assume others are speaking ill of me in their native language, but as she combs through my hair I see her lift the chunk the comb got stuck in and she begins to speak in her native language and shows it to the others behind us... I couldn't help but assume that she was saying something rude about me or my hair. Why else would I come here, that is the problem I am trying to fix! I couldn't stand her complaining about my hair to me the whole time, it was quite rude and when she'd tilt my head she was so aggressive wouldn't even ask me first. Not only that, but I couldn't figure out where to set my arms, I tried to leave them on the arm rest or near my lap but she'd grab my arms and toss them! I just decided to put my arms in between my legs... I forgot to ask for her name but overall for my first time there she gave me an undesirable experience, who knows maybe it would've been different with another hair dresser but she made me never go back. I gave it two stars because the trim was alright despite how aggressively she treated me. read more

So I had done my hair here a week ago and asked for same color for the whole hair. First I had appointment with Danny and they had fixed the price which was 80$ but once I got there my appointment was at 11am but had to wait for Danny until 11:30am. He checked my hair and Instead of 80$ he said 100$ and I still said ok. Then this other lady started coloring my hair, I did not wanted to be rude so I didn't say anything about how Danny wasn't doing my hair but her. Then she proceeded to wash my hair and when they dried my hair there were two different shades and the color was red instead of ginger copper color, still all I said was this is different than what I wanted and the lady was nice enough to say that she would do my hair again and she did still didn't came off as I wanted. I did not wanted to bother them too much so I left with dark red hair color and I was trying to make myself feel better about it but it's been a week now and my hair is darker. All the colors has faded away and every time I wash it the color still comes off. I will never go to this place again even though the lady that did my hair was trying her best to be nice. I went to go get my hair colored and I showed a picture, the stylist said that she could do it and started working on my hair without asking any questions. I had forgotten to tell her my hair history and that I had dyed it black, and she didn't ask me before we started. So when we were washing the color out of my hair she asked me if I had ever dyed it black. I answered honestly and said yes. Even at this point she only informed me that it "it wouldn't look exactly like what i wanted" since the color wouldn't stick to the black. I go to the chair and the top of my head (the halo) is ORANGE. I told her that it looked insane and I needed her to fix it. She agreed (but only after I mentioned it) . So she started blending my hair out- AND BLAMING ME FOR NOT TELLING HER MY HAIR WAS DYED. Then she kept saying how my hair was so thin and she couldn't do what I had originally planned anyway. I lost my hair due to a medical condition and the whole experience was terrible. I then had to pay 120 for the service. I am extremely upset. DO NOT GO. read more

I would not recommend this place. Horrible experience yesterday afternoon.. It's sad how they treated me while doing two other girls hair from their own people. We made an appointment since LAST WEEK. Was scheduled to come in monday 1-130pm. Yet, a guy came in 30min after i got there and STILL made me wait because the lady in there short black hair said he " called " in to come in at that time same day. I repeated myself ok but i had an appointment since (LAST WEEK.) On top of that i paid 25$ to just cut my hair last week and styled it at home and it looked horrible. So dry stale and crooked.. They refused to dye my hair because " i was being picky" RUDE. I was not, i told them specifically what i wanted and needed done so i could go back to my job. They were so rude and had nasty attitude i told her to not touch my hair or cut my hair if she was going to pass her bad energy to me! Not satisfied at all. HORRIBLE!
