I went to their website and it was very user friendly. The shop is beautiful and very feminine. I was welcomed with a smile upon entry. Prior to my appointment they held a consultation with me via text and also provided a tentative price. My wait time was very minimal and I didn't have anyone before me. My hair was shampooed and my stylist Azariah discussed what I wanted, went over the hair journey ahead of me. She was very patient with my questions and extremely personable. It took a total of about 4 hours which they let you know during booking. I love my hair and I'll definitely be back!

After getting medium-sized knotless braids, here's what I found: Location & Parking: The shop is about a 45-minute drive for me, located right off a major road in a busy but pleasant area. Because it's in a plaza, parking was easy--plenty of spaces available when I went. Pricing: The cost was reasonable, around average for the area. I felt it matched the quality of work. Promptness: Some reviews mentioned long wait times, and I did notice one customer waiting a while. It seems the salon operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Fortunately, I was seen right away and finished within about 5 1/2 hours--pretty quick compared to my past experiences. Friendliness: I'd read a few negative comments about customer service, but my experience was the opposite. Everyone was pleasant, accommodating, and informative. Brida, in particular, was very friendly and made sure my requests were clearly communicated to the second stylist working on my braids. Cleanliness: This was the one area that fell short for me.
