I was a bit confused with how to order the first time I went since it was my first time at a Potbelly and I felt like the staff were a little rude and annoyed. Since then, I've just preferred to order online which has been perfect since I can choose everything I want on the sandwich. My go-to is the Veggie Melt with added lettuce, onion, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and garlic aioli. I would definitely stick to light sauce though, every time I've gotten the regular amount of sauce the sandwich is absolutely drowning in it.
