If it were solely up to me, I would get married in yoga pants and a ponytail...but we make sacrifices for the person we love. Pros of my visit: Plenty of parking, even in the back. The store has a large selection. The front of the store has formal dress, quinceañera dresses, and even some wedding accessories. The wedding gowns are in the back, sorted by size. Some of them are NWT (new with tags), but most are pre-owned and gently used. There are name brands there. I saw a few Maggie Sotero dresses. No pushy salespeople, friendly and welcoming owner. Cons: The dressing rooms are small and there's no air circulation. Expect to get a workout trying on dresses. You go through the dresses yourself and pull off the rack. I sort of expected a little more since they advertise offering appointments to try on wedding dresses. Walk-ins are accepted too....not sure why you need an appointment for since you're going through the gowns yourself. The prices...woah. I know how consignment works- everyone needs to make a profit (seller and the store), but I've seen brand new dresses for less. Worth a trip if you're just browsing. 3 stars.

I believe we were the last appointment of the day, and we were the only ones in the shop which I loved. We had two separate employees helping with picking out and trying and dresses. Before the appointment they asked my daughter what she had in mind for her dress. When we arrived they had several dresses already in the dressing room waiting for her based on what she had expressed. One of those dresses was actually the one she chose. It had everything that she had wanted, and as soon as she tried it on she knew it was her dress. She's still tried on several others just to be sure, and probably a bit for my benefit as well lol. But at the end she went back to the original dress she wanted and tried it on one more time. Once she had confirmed that was her dress they brought out champagne and we all toasted which I thought was a very nice touch. They were very patient with us, very helpful, and explained in detail how they could make alterations to the dress, and specifically order what she wanted. She decided to go with a different color underlay than what they normally do in this dress, but they will specifically make with the additions. All of the dresses that she tried on were very beautiful, and they had a good range of budget. I think this would be a good stop for any bride to look for her dress. I'm happy that my daughter finally found one that she was happy with.

The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.
