**Great food find for my day trip to Delano. The host that took our order was very sweet and welcoming. The food was fresh and tasty. (3 of us had different dishes and they were all amazing) My chicken bowl was supper tasty, the chicken was well seasoned and moist. The rice was good and the salad was simple and lightly dressed. My friend's chicken plate was also tasty (difference was hummus in the the plate and salad in the bowl) She said the hummus tasted homemade and flavorful. She also had grilled veggies which were also tasty. Will definitely stop here again when I return. Happy to support this small business, go support! Goodness! It's a Wednesday evening and me and my husband were hungry for a late dinner. It was between Chinese food and a new spot. I'm sooooo happy we finally came to try the ONLY Mediterranean spot we have in town. May I apologize that we showed up 30 mins before they closed and I repeatedly asked if it was okay that we (me, my husband, and toddler) dined in. The woman kindly said it was okay. The menu spread looked amazing. I've had Mediterranean food before and I was told by friends how good this food was since they've opened. Place is clean, menu was easily readable and not overwhelming. If anything, I wanted to order plates and wraps! But I ordered the chicken shawarma plate and beef (medium cooked to perfection) shawarma plate. Plates came with hummus, choice of side, rice and pita bread. For us being the only ones there, the place smelled amazing! Everything tasted amazing. The garlic spicy sauce and the house sauce paired perfectly with our meals. My daughter, who is slightly picky, has been such a champ trying new foods. Safe to say, this is nut free-allergy friendly and she loved everything! She probably gives it a plus for having fries! This new Mediterranean restaurant is conveniently located in Central Delano, and only a few blocks from Highway 99, which is easily accessible to travelers if you happen to pass through. We love Mediterranean food, and the menu here has several of our favorites. We opted for the beef shawarma plate, chicken kabob plate, and the lamb chops plates. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and seasoned perfectly. The dinner plates come with sides of delicious rice pilaf, tzatziki, hummus, and warm pita bread. My lamb chops were so delicious and not gamey at all. I love lamb, and have had my fair share at many restaurants. The lamb chops here are among the best! The chicken kabob was yummy as well and had that delicious, distinct Mediterranean flavor, as did the beef shawarma. We finished our meals with some baklava, that was perfectly prepared with flaky layers, filled with nuts in a sweet syrup, and lightly dusted on top with finely crushed pistachios. When I was paying for my takeout order, the chef came out and handed me a plate to sample of a delicious pastry that he had just made. Kudos to the chef! The price for all that food was extremely reasonable, and the portions are generous. Great service, delicious food, along with reasonable prices is a win in my book! read more

My wife had the Chicken Kabob plate, my son had the Cheese Fingers and shared food with my wife and I had the Lamb Gyro. My wife said the Chicken Kabob plate was absolutely delicious and the first thing you should order when trying this place. My son said the Cheese Fingers were the "bees knees". They are almost like mozzarella sticks but instead of being breaded they are wrapped like flaky egg rolls with mozzarella and feta cheese inside. Very tasty! My gyro was great! The lamb was tender and the peta bread was divine. I'd say an acquired taste for sure due to the unfamiliar sauces but very very good for my first time. read more

I want to start off by saying that this new little restaurant is a hidden gem. The place inside is super clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The food was made to order all the flavors were delicious. All vegetables were ripe and fresh. The hummus was great! The chicken and beef was tender and hot. We were curious about the Tabbouleh salad and the owner let us have some for free. They were so nice and accommodating. If you are looking for something new something that isn't tacos or burgers I highly recommend trying this place. read more

We waited an hour for a literal beef quesadilla, a plate, and cheese sticks. While waiting, we watched as they used the same utensils for raw chicken as they do the cooked chicken/beef. The girl was wearing booty shorts while working with the food and neither of them were wearing hair nets. They also forgot about the cheese sticks. After seeing how they were mixing raw/cooked chicken as well as chicken and beef, we asked for a refund but she would only refund one of the items. I'm definitely going back as they give you plenty of food for their prices (which are also very reasonable!) And the flavor is just amazing! I can't wait to try more of their menu when I go back. Also they have the BEST hummus I've ever had in my life, super creamy and homemade judging by the beautiful large trays of chickpeas that were prepped.
