They were careful not to damage the abutting walls and cleanly disconnected the plumbing. This will make it easier when the remodeling takes place. We got several quotes regarding what we wanted to do (basically lots of concrete) prior to Leo coming, but once he did he suggested a better solution than the one my husband and I proposed! Other companies were professional with great quotes, but I like that Leo thought outside of the box and gave a great solution that actually was cheaper and less work. He was very professional with great communication. Things were delayed due to rain outs on another job of his, and the plan changed as we had another contractor come that was originally scheduled after him. It actually changed the scope of work slightly because, we wanted the drainage to work on tandem with new downspouts and where the spouts were placed wasn't where we thought they'd be! Leo was great and flexible, he even explained why the rain gutters guys suggestion wouldn't work with our property, when the worker suggested something else. He also worked around the changed downspout area, which I should've let them know beforehand, but slipped my mind till an hour in. Thankfully, Leo came up with a great idea again and worked around it. His crew was super fast and the job was done within a day. I'd totally recommend them to anyone.

I will say that they do quality work and had no problem touching up two small areas in the new wall that I found that were missing some mortar between CMU blocks. We needed the roof replaced due to it being over 20 years old and it is a requirement of home insurance. The supervisor in charge of our work explained the work required, what's involved, and how long it will take. He then provided an estimate, which is reasonable. The entire roof was replaced within half a day, with a staff of 8-10 workers. Very efficient! He provided before and after pictures of the roof. Recently a year later, there was heavy rain and some water was coming through the ceiling of my room. I called them and they responded quickly that morning. The 2 guys worked on finding the leak on the roof, in heavy rain. They reported it wasn't the roof, but the flashing that is on the wall. This was a duplex, where the wall is shared with the neighbor. The flashing is original and has not been replaced. Water was going through the small crack, so the worker applied sealant across the flashing. Very good service. The supervisor came another day to inspect the roof and flashing. It looks all good. He said he can replace the flashing in 3-4 years. I just have to give him a call then. I recommend this company for your roofing needs.

My reroofing was scheduled shortly after the Kona Low storms in March, and just one day before another major storm hit Honolulu. The crew arrived early and completed the main house roof in a single day. The separate garage required more extensive repairs, so they returned the next day but had to stop due to heavy rain. To my surprise, they came back on a Sunday to finish the job. Also Kimberly was wonderful. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. What stood out was their commitment and professionalism.
