Robert called me and said before I head out there could you confirm no power to the dishwasher. I said yes. He said could you go to the dishwasher and find the switch. He was clearly trying to save me from spending $ for something that would have just been a switch that got turned off. TBH, I had been staring at this switch behind my stove for the last couple of days and wondered if that was the answer, but was scared to mess with it being behind the stove. But sure enough it was the answer!! Thank you Robert for helping triage a very simple issue over the phone and saving me the $. This is why we call you guys all the time we need a hero!

He saw The error code my washer was giving and decided to press and hold to buttons to reset the machine. the washer he said should be fine. I paid $85 dollars and he promised me that I had a 90 day warranty so to call in case the code came back on. Sure as when he left my washer code Le came right back so I texted him. He then told me i would need a motor. I was confused as to how just hours ago the washer was stated to be okay then now it needs a motor without him even examining the washer nor showing me what was wrong. Later on he sent me an estimate with 6 different part totaling to 700 dollars. also the 85 dollars is suppose to go to any repairs nowhere in the breakdown was that deducted at all. After that he stopped responding. I've called the office several times everyone is so rude I can't talk to a supervisor manager or nothing it's all ba d

Vlad, the…read moretechnician, found out that he needed to order an additional part to fix it and would need to make an additional trip. I assumed he would charge for the follow-up visit, but there were no additional charges; I really appreciated his honesty. Recently, I had a text dialog with Russ and found out that Fuse service's HVAC systems as well. I agreed to an annual maintenance plan, but didn't plan on having them out until fall. A few weeks later, while I was out of town in July, I got a message from my Ecobee thermostat indicating that the A/C wasn't working. I texted Russ about this and he showed up after 6PM on a Saturday, the same day I texted him about the issue! He figured out what was wrong right away and just folded the service call into my annual service plan which was, as before with the dishwasher, very generous and much appreciated. I'm literally excited to have Fuse Service as my go to place for appliance repair and HVAC maintenance. I'm used to businesses asking me to write positive Yelp reviews and I don't mind that. But, Fuse did not ask me to write my review.

He diagnosed the problem right away, clearly explained everything, and the pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. The turnaround was very fast -- as soon as the part arrived, he came back quickly and had everything up and running the same day. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and cares about his work. SO happy we found him and Switch Service. Highly recommend!

I originally called them out to repair my washer, but while the technician Alonzo was here, he noticed that my dryer didn't sound quite right. He took the time to check it out and ended up fixing that too! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. I really appreciated that he paid attention to something I hadn't even called about instead of just fixing the washer and leaving. Both appliances are now working great. It's hard to find service like this anymore. I would **definitely recommend them** to anyone needing appliance repairs, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future. **Five stars all the way!**

Arrived 8 hrs late. Did not make requested repair, although I provided part numbers. Came back 4…read moredays later. Left parts, but did not install them. Removed spring so my lid would no longer open and close properly. Overcharged me for the requested parts and did not even install them! I have never been overcharged for work not even completed! I know there is 0.00 due, because I pre-paid. But, you did not install the requested parts OR leave the new parts with me. And you charged for parts that were not wanted/needed. This machine has been well-maintained and could have been easily fixed by our regular repair person. I was giving this company a chance based on a referral and wish now that I had read these reviews first. If it was pre-paid and you did NOT install or provide the charged parts, you owe a refund. It is just that simple. And, you should have not "left parts out" on the counter that belong in the machine. Those springs hold up the lid! :( The person clearly did not know what they were doing...our regular repair person called it a "hack job" after seeing what was done and left behind. Update: Just watched your AI video which I did NOT give permission to post. That video shows exactly the issue - you aren't fixing what was broken. The drum spins, but not with clothes or anything in it. The coupler or clutch is slipping. Anyone could turn it on and watch it turn without actually putting a load of laundry in it. The video does not diagnose or show a repair of the problem. More importantly - nobody from the company attempted to call or reply in the last 48 hrs....and my card was charged for parts that were not provided, installed, or left behind. (And your other reviews say enough). I scheduled this to save time - and, I've wasted a week. I'm done replying here - feel free to call or contact me.
