I have to admit this is one of the best donut restaurant I have been to. The employees are very friendly, and the sandwich is outstanding. I have lived in San Gabriel over 57 years and this was my first visit and will not be my last. I found a new place to come and get breakfast.

Haven't had my donut fix in about 48 hours, so I'm feeling weak again and need to replenish my batteries lol! I decided to look for a donut shop near me and found KC Donuts. So yummy!! I got a raised sugar donut and a strawberry jelly donut. It was so soft and so fresh!! They also have sandwiches, smoothies, and fruit juices. I really, really love the prices here!! $4.50 for a smoothie is a steal!! Smoothie prices back home are at least $6. I've yet to try their smoothies but I know it'll be good and well worth it.

I was washing my clothes near by and decided I wanted breakfast sandwich. I seen this spot number of times and always seeing ppl going in and out. I said what hell let's give it a try ‍. The owners super nice all the customers look happy getting donuts, coffee, or breakfast. I have to say for $13 wow my sandwich and ice caramel coffee is great. Definitely will come back and worth every penny plus I love helping small business.

One morning on my way to work, I had the biggest craving for a ham and cheese croissant. I looked up the closest place and ended up at KC Donuts. I ordered the ham and cheese croissant and got it heated up. The smell of the croissant was unbearable during my commute, so I started munching on it. It was delicious! The way they made it was light and airy, very enjoyable. Also, the girl who helped me out gave me a couple of donut holes, and they were also very good and fresh--not heavy like at other places. I'll definitely be stopping by again!

Best donuts in San Gabriel! Glazed donut and also get a juice! I like carrot or orange! But they have an assortment in many! You can also get a great sandwich here! Love this place! This is my doughnut spot!

Moved into the neighborood during the pandemic when everything was closed so I somehow forgot there's a donut shop that opens at dawn within walking distance. I went in with low hopes at 6AM and was surprised to see 5 people in there having donuts and coffee, a gleaming space that smelled like fresh coffee and yummy baked things. The rasberry donut I got has to be one of the best donuts I have eaten. It was warm and doughy with a fresh fruity tart filling and the coffee was fresh brewed and strong. The guy who works here is also super nice. The place is clean, and feels like a local spot that isn't a chain, which is great. This was no chain store donut! Support KC Donuts in San Gabriel...also perfect for people who wake up early and want something delicious. People rave about Uncle Joe's which is also great but I liked this donut even more.

Super sweet, generous, communicative, and fast staff. Donuts were all really fluffy, light, and delicious. Will def be back. Mochi donuts available weekend only. Devoured the biscoff mochi donut as soon as I left the store hehe

I love coming to KC donuts for eveyrthing. The donuts , sandwiches, thai tea, smoothies and juices. It is my go to whenever I want to pick up some donuts for everyone at work. if you get it by the dozen, they can mix the donuts for you. or you can pick your own. The glazed donut or donuts holes are always a go for me. But I mainly come for lunch for the sandwiches and thai tea! They are very delicious and prices are very affordable. You can have many deli meat to choose from and I usually go with Turkey or Tuna. For the bread choice, you can choose crossaint, wheat. white toast, bagels or rolls. I believe they have expanded their menu during COVID, now they're also serving breakfast sandwiches. JUST TAKE MY MONEY! LOL The shop is a family owned and everyone is very friendly. Service is always fast and they always try to remember you. I'm greeted with a smile and "thank you". It does give you a genuine vibe whenever I stop by.

I ordered two Pandan Coffee $6.75 (price as of April 2026.. $7.46 including tax). One with regular ice and one with less ice. The pandan coffee includes Robusta Vietnamese double espresso serve with fresh pandan juice prepared in-house, coconut milk and whole milk. I loved this drink as it was just the right amount sweet. The pandan flavor was also enough for my liking, and the overall drink was not heavy (sometimes that pandan flavor can be too heavy). We thoroughly enjoyed our drinks, and I'll continue to crave it from time to time. The line was suUuper long that went straight to the restroom so I opted to order online, which I highly recommend. lotus-and-bean.square.site Though, I did want to mention that although I placed my mobile order, the order took longer to receive and pick up when compared to the estimated time. I gave it some extra time before I went up to the counter, but had to wait maybe another 10 minutes longer before I received my order. If you're in a rush, please consider ordering with sufficient time in advance through mobile order. The funny thing is, I actually got my "Your order from LOTUS & BEAN is ready" email at a comical 1:14 PM. Customer Service: Not as much interaction, the staff member who helped me was friendly Overall, I'm giving this experience a full 5 star review for my love of the pandan drink. Otherwise, the drink getting experience probably would have made this a 4. Anyways, I'll be sure to come back to satisfy my next pandan coffee craving!

Averaging $6.75/drink vs $8+ everywhere else. PLUS they don't charge for alt milk which is a big plus for me. 4. Service - 10/5! The lady who helped us was seriously so sweet. Loved it! 5. Plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor since it's in a food hall!

The matcha itself was pretty weak and a bit flat, missing that rich, earthy depth you'd hope for, so overall it just fell a little meh. The sesame cream added a nice richness, but didn't bring much of that distinct nutty sesame flavor and mostly just tasted creamy. That said, the space is beautiful. It's clean and minimalist with lots of natural wood, high ceilings, and an open, airy layout. There's plenty of seating, making it a great spot to work, study, or just hang out. I'd still be open to coming back and giving it another try, maybe the double matcha will hit better next time.

It's nestled in a little plaza with minimal parking. Luckily, we went on a weekday and there were at least 2 parking spots open. The shop itself is small-- as soon as you enter, the register is right there with the self service kiosk to the left and the waiting area to the right. Even though there was only 1 party ahead of us, it took around 15-20 minutes to get our drinks. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since we ordered a lot of drinks. For myself, I was able to try the traditional roasted oolong milk tea with pearl and the hojicha latte-- both at 70% sweet. I have a sweet tooth, so the sweetness was at a perfect level for both. However, I didn't get that much of a strong roasted oolong taste in the milk tea as I've gotten from other boba shops. The hojicha latte was good enough, but also did not have that strong, nutty taste in comparison to others. I am more of a milk tea person, but maybe next time I'll try the honey osthamnthus tea since a lot of people seem to love it!
