I was looking to add sound deadening and temperature insulation material for my Rav4 as the road noise is typically high in this vehicle. I researched around and got multiple quotes Kevin was comparable and also accommodating to use Noico materials for insulation and sound deadening which saved me some money. Others were willing to use only expensive materials and not willing to try Noico and as promised Kevin installed these in a day. His place is little far in Mesa from where I live but its worth that I chose him. He has also guaranteed his work and willing to address issues if anything come up which made me feel very confident. Overall I am happy customer.

Don't use this shop the people doing the work have low standards and the estimators have no integrity. Paint only lasts if you do the prep work right & I already know my front bumper paint isn't going to last as they couldn't be bothered to sand down some cracks in the paint before adding more paint. Their painters were also kind enough to ignore some overspray on the taillight but the biggest complaint with this place stems from someone breaking my passenger door latch & instead of owning up to it & FIXING it the estimator weaseled his way out of it by blaming the cars age. I never had an issue with my passenger door latch sticking until it was disassembled for its repair. The shop will tell you it's because of the cars age but if that were the case I should've had to replace the driver door latch already since it's always going to be used more than the passenger door. But what do I know I'm just some dude that gets paid to spot bad paint/body work I should note that my insurance company paid for this work, & I understand they only pay for so much but the latch could've & probably should've been fixed considering the door it was attached to had some internal damage. As for the front bumper I guess I'll have to bring it back when their paint inevitably cracks/delaminates.

This situation is worse than I originally thought…read more When I first brought my vehicle in, I met with the General Manager of Crash Champions. Since it was near closing, the conversation was brief, but I clearly stated I was using Liberty Mutual and wanted their quote to align with others. My priority was ensuring all damage was properly repaired before returning the vehicle at lease-end. I pointed out damage on the passenger side of the bumper (see photos) and additional damage on the driver's side, including paint, a black plastic fender piece, and a cracked chrome component. Other repair shops agreed the bumper needed full replacement. The GM concurred, estimating $1,900-$2,100, consistent with other quotes. Photos were taken, and I was assured they would notify my insurer and proceed. A few days later, I was told the claim was approved, and work would begin. However, when I picked up my car on January 16, 2025, there were multiple issues. First, the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, delaying me further and costing half a day of PTO. Worse, the passenger-side bumper damage wasn't repaired--only glue was applied instead of the expected replacement. Other shops had told me repairs without replacing the bumper would cost under $500, but due to the extent of the damage, replacement was necessary. When I confronted the GM, he was defensive and stated that "When you showed me this damage (passenger side bumper), this damage wasn't here (driver's side). I had no idea what he was talking about or what he meant; I was so genuinely confused what he meant at all (not realizing he was saying he thought he had seen my car prior to this damage repair). He claimed the insurance didn't approve the bumper replacement and told me to "take it up with your insurance." I asked why I wasn't informed beforehand and why I would have proceeded with other repairs if the bumper still needed replacing. He gave conflicting statements, inaccurately recalling details of my visit, and became defensive. Regardless of where the miscommunication occurred, the necessary work wasn't completed. I am disputing this claim to prevent Crash Champions from being paid for incomplete work. Since my lease ends in March, the remaining damage will likely result in dealership fees, making this an even bigger financial burden. Update: My insurance confirmed the shop GM stated the passenger-side damage was unrelated to the reported accident and cited an alleged prior inspection from October or November. This is completely false--I had never been to this shop before! The GM fabricated this claim to cover his negligence. Fortunately, I know that I am not in the wrong on this one and all will be made right; hopefully the GM will take accountability. I've contacted the BBB, my lawyer, and Crash Champions Corporate. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable, and I hope Crash Champions realizes the severity of this issue. Again, please don't use Crash Champions unless you want to spend time dealing with an issue like this one. I'll update on what happens next.
