We had some questions about the menu, as this was our first time there; our waiter was quite knowledgeable and accommodating. We ordered the 1/2 kilo grill, baba ganoush, a mint tea and Turkish coffee. That's when the OMG happened. The appetizers arrived (we wanted appetizers then the meats separately) the breads arrived and the teas arrived - they were spectacular. They had home style flavours (better than any other Mediterranean restaurant we've eaten at in Toronto) generous portions and excellent attention to details. Then the grilled meats arrived and again OMG: awesome flavours, generous portions and beautiful presentation. By the time we decided to take a picture, most of the food was gone. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, the incredible service and ambiance. Think we found a new goto spot.

We came across the restaurant when we were making our way to the highway. The family is SUPER friendly, kind and generous. The food is made fresh and service is quite fast. Customer service and quality seems to be some of their priorities. Most of the staff that we spoke to there were very friendly and down to have a conversation while we wait for food (as the restaurant wasn't too busy). The shawarma take out deal was a steal and portions were right on. The shawarma is filling enough and food is served fresh and hot.

My second try in Brampton and have been unsuccessful so far. There is a sign outside that to rolls for $11 - that didn't draw us. Ordered three and asked for all the toppings that were pointed. Then find that one section the toppings are 0.25 each. Paid almost $5 for toppings alone for which I thought were included. The wrap is nothing that one would say is wow. The falafel were pre-fried and re-fried for a few minutes were OK. But still miss the unique flavours of parsley, mint, garlic or cumin.

All in all, food was authentic, delicious, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

I remember trying it (takeout) years ago but this is the first time I came in for dine-in. I love the cozy interiors and aesthetics. Decor is nice especially the booth seatings. Menu has a wide variety of options to choose from, but we opted for the family platter since it seemed like the best option for sharing. Portion was quite generous and a decent amount to share. We got the BBQ chicken ($74.99) which came with either rice or fries (or you could do half/half), salad of your choice (we opted for fattoush), 2 dips of your choice (we chose baba ghanoush & muhammara), 4 fresh pitas & a whole chicken. Restaurant has a lot of parking and seating. Staff were nice but it was a bit of a slow service (had to constantly ask for things, such as cutlery, plates, etc). The washroom had the A/C on blast and it was freezing cold but at least it was clean. Now for the food - everything we had was pretty good. I usually don't like garlic sauce but the one that came with the food was pretty creamy and delicious. As for the baba ghanoush, it didn't taste like it but it still had a nice flavour. The Muhammara was amazing, not overly spicy. As for the fattoush, I found it just OK. I've had better ones elsewhere and I find that it lacked the crispy pita bites, as there was only a few. However, it's worth noting that the chicken took around 30-40 minutes to be ready, which I didn't mind because it came well seasoned and well done. It was not too dry, but not juicy either but seasoned well. The rice was also ok and I like that the food wasn't too greasy, but the plate came with way too many onions... I'd recommend this spot and would come back if I'm ever in the area. Would love to try other dishes on the menu.

It came with a side salad as well as a side of white rice as well as 1 pita. The condiments are where the money shot is. Usually they're great. The onion & the Garlic sauce are/were usually fabulous but in this case they weren't! This is where the wheels fall off! The rice was just luke warm, the chicken was dry & flavourless but there was lots of it. The pita was only slightly warm & hardish. As for the service, our server (no name on cheque) was solid & had a great sense of humour. The ambiance was old school & the decor was in serious need of updating. The bathroom was super old & in very serious need of an update as well. This chain has been around for a while. Not a great reflection of my previous experiences with this small local chain. I would go again but definitely not to this location.

Serious Customer Service Complaint…read more I visited La Luna Downtown to order a falafel sandwich, but unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. The employee asked me several times what I wanted, served the customer behind me first, and made me feel dismissed and unwelcome. I explained that I was looking at the Wi-Fi sign and had not approached or bothered anyone.
