The restaurant has either a building with elevator access or down the stairs around the corner, so lots of accessibility. The people at this restaurant are amazing. They definitely go above and beyond to make your experience wonderful. The restaurant has a section for private dining and a larger casual area. It's clean, it's spacious and nothing but tip top service. We had catering from them for approx 1000 people and they did not disappoint. Djole and his team worked hard to get the food prepped and delivered on time and more importantly - hot and delicious. They listened to what our needs were and adjusted accordingly with their expertise. Chicken souvlaki - 10/10 super juicy and grilled beautifully Moussaka (vegetarian) 100/10- the vegetables were layered and cooked to perfection. The creamy mix of potatoes on top add a lovely depth to the dish. We got the BBQ chicken ($74.99) which came with either rice or fries (or you could do half/half), salad of your choice (we opted for fattoush), 2 dips of your choice (we chose baba ghanoush & muhammara), 4 fresh pitas & a whole chicken. Restaurant has a lot of parking and seating. Staff were nice but it was a bit of a slow service (had to constantly ask for things, such as cutlery, plates, etc). The washroom had the A/C on blast and it was freezing cold but at least it was clean. Now for the food - everything we had was pretty good. I usually don't like garlic sauce but the one that came with the food was pretty creamy and delicious. As for the baba ghanoush, it didn't taste like it but it still had a nice flavour. The Muhammara was amazing, not overly spicy. As for the fattoush, I found it just OK. I've had better ones elsewhere and I find that it lacked the crispy pita bites, as there was only a few. However, it's worth noting that the chicken took around 30-40 minutes to be ready, which I didn't mind because it came well seasoned and well done. It was not too dry, but not juicy either but seasoned well. The rice was also ok and I like that the food wasn't too greasy, but the plate came with way too many onions... I'd recommend this spot and would come back if I'm ever in the area. Would love to try other dishes on the menu.

It turned into an embarrassing and disappointing experience. I am a retired Air Force Captain, a veteran of the Gulf War, and that evening I was joined by my brother and our spouses, we all choose to drink red wine. After enjoying dinner and ordering our second bottle of wine, a female manager approached our table to ask how we were getting home. I explained that my wife and I were staying at the Delta Hotel across the street and walked here and were walking back, while my brother mentioned that his daughter would be picking them up. Later, when we ordered a fourth bottle of wine to enjoy with dessert, the same manager returned and refused to serve us, claiming that it would amount to "one bottle per person" and could "put us over the limit." In all my 64 years, I have never been refused service ever -- especially while being responsible, polite, and transparent about our arrangements. Feeling insulted and unwelcome, we decided to take our business to the Delta Hotel, where we were treated with courtesy and common sense. Needless to say, SOLE will never see my face again, and I will make sure others are aware of how this restaurant treats paying, respectful customers celebrating a special occasion. Sincerely, Capt. I glanced at the reviews before heading there. The parking is street or across the street at the Coffee Culture, annoying to have to climb over snow banks afterwards. But that's neither here nor there... We arrive and the restaurant is empty, although it was around 8pm when we came. We were headed to the counter to place an order, but no huge menu on the wall or on the counter to be seen. Then the chef/owner/waiter came out from the kitchen and asked if we wanted a table for two? Puzzled, we said yes and he brought out 2 menus and seated us at the table in front of the counter. While we were settling in he offers us the steak or salmon ?!?!? At this point I was still excited because I was starving, we ordered a chicken plate to share, and added a babaganoush and an extra greek salad (at the waiter's insistence). I went to the restroom and came back and there was a bottle of water, and a glass of water on our table. I asked my friend about it and she told me that he had brought 2 bottles of water to the table first and when she asked if it was extra, he said yes. She then informed him she'd be fine with just tap water please. At which point he said it's only $1. This is horrible not only because no restaurant should ever try to force something the customer didn't order but then to basically call her cheap??? He eventually came back and dropped off 1 glass of water for her but my bottle is what i returned to. I realize a lot of take out places or fast-food restaurants don't give free water, and only sell bottled water. But this is the first time I've seen a dine-in place do this. It's like you need to decide whether you're fast food or fine dining... Another example is while we were waiting for our food, the chef was cooking in the front of house and was banging the spatula against the silver cooking top and made so much noise, it was as if we were in a normal take out schwarma place. If that was the case, then why was our bill $28 and we split a meal. The meal was under- whelming. The babaganoush had no flavor but oil, the greek salad tasted like water, the pita bread was the kind from the grocery store and there was way too much rice compared to chicken. The hot sauce was the only memorable part for me. When we were paying I was gathering my things when my best friend was paying so I didn't get to see the bill, but i know he charged us $1.20 for the water, and a 5 or 6 dollars for a salad the same size as what came with the meal. As a side note: i try not to drink bottled water because of the fluoride. The whole time we were there, 2 customers came in, both to pick up take out. I think this restaurant needs to re-evaluate what kind of restaurant they are running. Pick one and stick to it: fast-food or fine dine in.I paid $14 for something I would have paid less for anywhere else. 1 hit 1 miss in Milton so far!

The wrap is nothing that one would say is wow. The falafel were pre-fried and re-fried for a few minutes were OK. But still miss the unique flavours of parsley, mint, garlic or cumin.
