Don't know what's in it, but I feel there might be some kind of marination magic. My friends had the beef shwarama and chicken shawarma. It was a true shaved beef shwarama like you get in the East and full of flavour. The chicken is finely balanced in unique blend of spices, flavourful but not overwhelming. The owners are wonderful people, proud Guelphites, and doing justice to the community they serve. Strike up a conversation and they'll be sure to point out great spots to visit, and things to do! And don't worry about your wallet, prices are between $8-10, so even if all you can find is change in your car or bag, you'll still be able to get a great meal out of it!
